Paige made this the best apartment search experience I’ve ever had…10/10! From the moment I walked through the door, Paige set the tone for what Novel Midtown is all about…her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She wasn’t just showing me an apartment; she was walking me through a lifestyle. Paige took the time to walk me through the 2 units and the floor plan options, and she highlighted all the features. She also gave me a full tour of the amenities, which are absolutely incredible…. the saltwater resort-style pool, fitness center. Paige answered every question I had with confidence and never made me feel rushed. If you’re touring Novel Midtown, ask for Paige…she’s the reason I’m going to be signing a lease in the near future. This community is stunning and the staff clearly reflects everything it stands for. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Novel Midtown is an amazing place to live. Katrina does an incredible job managing the property—you can truly see how much care and pride she puts into it. The community events are always well thought out, fun, and bring residents together, and the property itself is consistently clean and well maintained. You really feel the sense of community here. Highly recommend!

First Impressions are everything and from the moment I stepped in the door to tour this complex, Paige was super professional, outgoing and just gave off the welcoming vibe that set the expectation for the rest of the tour. The overall facilities were amazing, clean and on-par with what you expect Luxury to look like. I can tell she absolutely loves this place as she highlighted living there and now working for Novel Midtown. She answered all my questions thoroughly and showed me 2 floor plans and ultimately recommended I come back the following week once we conversed on the right floor plan that would be best appropriate for my situation. It was very personable and appreciated her ability to help me find my next new potential home. I'd definitely recommend you at least check this place out and ask for Paige.

I really enjoyed touring Novel and learning more about the community and amenities from Scarlett! She was so friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Novel to anyone in search of a new apartment.
