My roomate and renewed our lease this fall and continue to love living at Nine 15. Over the past year, this building has continued to improve from an already great starting point. The maitence team is INCREDIBLE, sometimes they come to fix requests within a matter of hours. It feels safe in the building despite being downtown. The apartment hosts throughful community events and communicates changes in a timely manner. At first it was difficult to get in contact with conereige but this has imrpoved as well. Overall, the apartment continues to improve with time and is a great place to live.

Had an awesome experience here thanks to Talia. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the apartment tour feel welcoming. You can tell she actually cares and isn’t just going through the motions. She answered everything without rushing me and just had a great vibe overall. If you are thinking about renting and touring no here - definitely hope you get to chat with her—she made the place feel even better.

Nine15 should be your first stop, especially if you are interested in living downtown. Its amenities are better than nearby buildings, especially the pool and gym. Rent is competitively priced, and lease terms are clear and transparent. The staff - primarily the leasing office, maintenance, and concierge - are top notch. Every resident is made to feel like a priority. Issues do not arise often living at Nine15, but the leasing office does a great job answering every question and finding a solution. Glad to have experienced living there.

I have had such a great experience with this apartment community! The property is well-kept and welcoming, but what really stood out was the leasing team, Rylee and Talia! They are both incredibly nice, helpful, and make the whole process smooth and stress-free. They truly go above and beyond for future and current residents. I will be renewing my lease with them!

I can not say enough about Nine15. My daughter lived here as a student and she felt very safe. The staff is so incredibly sweet and accommodating. Professionalism at its best. I specifically worked with Regina who helped me through a specific situation! Great amenities, clean and gorgeous building.
