Edgar, the maintenance supervisor, and his team are outstanding—always organized, and proactive. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Ashley, the community manager, and her amazing office team are professional, responsive, and truly care about maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for residents. Let me start this review off by saying the (current) staff at Niche from the leasing team to maintenance team were extremely kind, helpful, and prompt with any assistance that you needed. Unfortunately the apartment complex itself was the worst complex I have ever lived in. For starters it's basically a college dorm. Loud, obnoxious, the public bathrooms consistently destroyed, beer cans left all over the hallways every weekend, everything you can expect a college dorm to be. Good luck going to the pool in the spring/summer because people bring 10+ friends to the pool with no questioning. If you expect any sort of peace and quiet here you will NOT get it. EVERYTHING and I mean everything travels through the walls, ceilings, doors, it doesn't matter. We definitely had a louder than normal upstairs neighbor that pretty much sounded like they were bowling at all hours of the day. I went to the (previous) staff with recordings of the noise coming through our ceiling ranging from the first thing in the morning to 2 am at night. A few days after I showed them to her she responded that she met with the upstairs neighbor and the neighbor said she wasn't making noise and I was told by the (previous) leasing office staff there was nothing they could do about it. I understand it is an apartment and there will be noise but the way this building is built there is absolutely zero filter for noise. You will hear people walking in the hallways, your neighbor walking around, doors slamming, everything. If you want any peace and are moving here, demand the 6th floor. Furthermore, we moved into Niche July of 2024. Shortly after Niche put out an announcement that EV chargers were coming soon and even were requesting deposits for a spot. Needless to say we moved out December of 2025 and there has been no hint of that happening. Talk about jumping the gun. You will have an extremely hard time moving in/out if you have large furniture. They state they have a "freight" elevator but it is not a freight elevator. It is the same small elevator with padding that barely will fit a 6ft wide couch. The elevators move in slow motion and you will wait 5 minutes just for the elevator to go from floor 6 to floor 1. This sounds crazy but I promise if you tour this place or move here you will understand. To continue, the parking garage is an absolute mess. The entry gate has been broken for probably 4 months and has been just sitting half opened. Roamers can easily walk in the garage and pull on car door handles and steal whatever they want and walk right out. A broken parking garage door for an apartment should be nothing short of an emergency fix, not take months. And whenever it would get fixed it would be broken weeks later. You are forced to pay for valet trash that is supposed to come Sunday-Thursday. Half the time they don't show up. If they don't show up and you leave your trash outside of your door (rightfully so - the valet should have picked it up) the whole apartment complex will receive a nasty email about how you aren't supposed to leave your trash outside of your apartment. (Ok so get with your valet trash company?). All access outside of your apartment door and the complex door is based off WiFi. For example, to get into the gym, pet wash, golf room, whatever it is you open an app and open the amenity doors with the app. So if Spectrum is down in the complex you cannot access these areas. Makes absolutely zero sense to not have a fob access to these areas and solely rely on WiFi to access them. This may seem harsh however when you move into an apartment it is a home and your peace. This was just our experience and needed to be shared. Again this is no poor rating at the leasing office or maintenance staff. The current staff were all extremely kind and helpful including if you needed a work order. The 2 star review is solely based on the apartment and living experience.

Daniel was very helpful at setting up a tour and showing us a few desirable options. Great customer service presence and tailored personality for his clients to match energy.
