My AC stopped working and my maintenance request was handled very quickly. The next day a technician, E.J, came by and fixed everything right away. He was polite, calm, and very professional. The repair was done efficiently, neatly, and without any stress. I truly appreciate his work and the fast response — thank you for the great service!

Living at MAA Harbour Island Apartments has been an amazing experience. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. EJ had to come out to my apartment twice since moving in - only for minor things - and he has been diligent, prompt, super friendly and just all around great service. I would hope he continues to be the one making maintenance calls because I know I can always count on him.
