I just signed a lease and am moving in at the end of next month and I am so excited! Mackenzie has been so wonderful during the process and made it effortless! Very professional and informative! I’m so excited to have my favorite grocery store downstairs! That’s a huge win! The area is walkable and in close proximity to the best attractions! i’m looking forward to joining the channel club family and meeting new people! The building seems well maintained and the staff takes pride in upkeeping it! While I’m not a fan of heights, I heard the views are amazing!

One of the worst apartment-hunting experiences I've ever had. I was told that a job offer letter would be sufficient for approval, so I went ahead, applied, and paid the application fees. Shortly after, I was informed that my application was denied. Not only was I not refunded, but communication from the management was extremely poor throughout the entire process. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Today marked our 8th month on the 21st floor of Channel Club Apartments. Our initial tour with Noah and a second one with Jackie revealed people who valued our questions and concerns. They both listened attentively and answered all our questions. Within our first week of moving in we decided we'd like a ceiling fan in our bedroom and put in a request. Imagine our surprise when Dan, one of the maintenance men, showed up with a smile and friendly greeting, that day to install it! The entire Channel Club staff, from the managers, Trisha & Deonte, to Jackie, Noah, Daña, Ken, Dan, and Pedro, are incredible. There's so many amenities, and everything is beautifully kept, clean, and modern. The community areas around the pool/grill outdoor area, fitness room, several private/quiet office spaces, printing services, and complimentary coffee are included features. Since moving here we've taken up Pickle Ball as there's a court next to the building, the neighborhood is extremely safe & walkable. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the TECO trolley to Sparkman Wharf/River Walk or Ybor City is only a block away. Our floor plan is open and spacious with a lot of natural light, plus the balcony gives us additional room. The views of the city and the channel from the 21st floor are spectacular, as you can see from the photos. We were surprised that the high quality of the windows shuts out most of the city noise and we never hear neighbors. Speaking of neighbors, we've met some of the friendliest people here! We highly recommend Channel Club apartments. Well Done friends at CC!

My wife and I recently moved in and Channel Club has exceeded our expectations so far. We absolutely love the neighborhood and the apartment amenities are outstanding. Jennifer made everything so easy from the moment we met her. The entire staff has made everything so easy and welcoming. The views from our apartment of Tampa are some of the best in the city.

We’ve been living in Channel Club for over two years now and resigned our lease because we love it! Main points we love: Publix downstairs, larger floor plan, great city view, walkable access in Channelside and trolley access. When we moved here, channel club was one of the few high rises that had a 2.5/2.5 floor plan which was a must have for us working from home. Since we have calls at the same time it’s easier to have separate offices. I love this floor plan because it also has a lot of natural light and space which we were missing at our previous apartment. Maintenance is really quick here, often coming the same day. The front office staff is really friendly and helpful too. They have social resident events about once a month and a food truck comes in front of the building about every two weeks, but sometimes more often. The pool and club house are really nice and were recently renovated. For the most part it’s pretty quiet, obviously it’s in an urban area so you’ll hear some sounds from the highway but they did a great job with the windows where it’s not so loud even in corner units. It’s been pretty quiet for the most part on our floor with neighbors too. There are two dog parks nearby and they have separate areas for large and small dogs. I like the park under the overpass the best because it has more small dog space than the other park. It’s been easier to get out more living in this area as it’s so walkable and more businesses are popping up as it’s growing. We also found it easier to make new friends here since it’s more of a community and residents are pretty friendly compared to other areas we lived in.
