Just moved into The Asher and it’s amazing. Toured over eight different apartments and it’s bar none the best for price/location/community and the staff Lyric Robinson, a leasing representative, helped me move in last minute and was extremely competent and patient throughout the whole process from start to finish. 11/10 would recommend this area and highly recommend asking for Lyric in regards to touring, information leasing or any questions you might have.

I had a fantastic experience leasing an apartment at Asher on Water Street in Tampa, and a huge part of that was thanks to Rachael Young. From the very beginning, Rachael was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made the touring and leasing process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently. Her knowledge of the property and attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear she takes a lot of pride in doing her job well. Rachael’s professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made what can sometimes be a complicated process feel easy and enjoyable. If you’re considering living at Asher on Water Street, I highly recommend asking for Rachael — she is excellent at what she does and truly represents the property well. Overall, a great experience and I’m looking forward to living here!

Leasing dept is insane. Olga has done her best, but is hamstrung by bad policies from upper management. Most folks have to give 60 day notice at current rental HOWEVER, Asher only allows applications that are 30 days and less. Found my fave apartment at the price of $2357, but I'm waiting for time frame to allow me to apply and now that fave apartment is $2517. Who knows what it will be in another 30 days. Additionally, I need 17 month lease. Well, Asher will allow a 15 month lease and after that month to month price will incur a penalty of +$800/month. Seriously?? Just turn me upside down and dump all my money into your pocket. How's anyone to 'plan' with this nonsense. Any advice??

Love this property! Asher has the best staff and amenities. You will love your time here and really get the best experience in the downtown area. They have the best customer service and will always be there when you need it. Thanks for being the best, Lyric, Rachael and Taylor!

I lived at Asher during my time in Tampa, and it was genuinely one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The building is modern, well maintained, and the amenities fit perfectly with the Water Street atmosphere — bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The pool deck and common areas became my go-to spots to work or unwind, and the location made everyday errands incredibly convenient.
