I normally don’t leave reviews, but wanted to share my experience moving into Arabelle Riverwalk, Tampa, FL. Everything you’d expect from a tenant perspective has been beyond expectations. Working with Kerry, my leasing agent, has been seamless. He’s warm, friendly, professional, and on top of things. No headaches or hangups with the move in. Warm greetings from him every morning as I make full use of the FREE espresso machine in the lobby for tenants :). Everything else has been positive. The location, site and amenities are well maintained and even work orders were tended to promptly. It’s been about a month now, and I am thoroughly pleased with my experience.

I absolutely love living at Arabelle Riverwalk—this is my sixth apartment in Tampa, and by far the best one yet. After trying to live here for years, it was finally my tour with Matt in the leasing office that made it happen. I had already ended my lease early at another property, paid my deposit, and was fully ready to move in elsewhere—but decided to take one last look at Arabelle before committing. I’m so glad I did. I’m not kidding, the second Matt opened the door to what is now my unit, I was in awe. I knew instantly it was the one. I applied that day and was approved the next. I even walked away from my deposit and application fees at the other place because this felt that right. From day one and even now, Matt remains a friendly, familiar face, always saying hi and constantly helpful with any questions or needs. He even helped me carry a heavy dresser from the garage to my apartment when I moved in. This is truly a property you feel proud to live in. Every time friends visit, they’re genuinely impressed. At night, being on the Riverwalk or at the Tampa Club and pointing to my building as it lights up over the water never gets old. I’ve even been picked up straight from the dock behind the community for boat days, which still feels unreal. I face Bayshore Blvd and had front-row seats to Gasparilla and New Years fireworks. Being able to walk to Publix, downtown, Harbour Island, and Water Street makes this location unbeatable. My dog loves the dog park and our daily walks along the river, which has been such a bonus. Between the views, the location, the community, and the amazing staff, Arabelle Riverwalk truly feels like home. If you’re thinking about living here—do it.

Moving into Arabelle Riverwalk has been an amazing experience from day one. The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to everything downtown Tampa has to offer while still feeling peaceful and upscale. Lorelle, Danielle, and Julio provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. They were professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel at home from the very beginning. Their communication, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the transition seamless and stress-free. You can truly tell the team takes pride in the community and resident experience. From the beautiful property to the outstanding customer service, I knew immediately we made the right choice selecting Arabelle Riverwalk as our new home. Highly recommend!

Ever since Candace took over as manager, this property has completely transformed for the better. The difference is truly night and day. Candace really knows her stuff—her knowledge of the building and the surrounding community is incredible, and you can feel her dedication in every detail. What stands out to me most is how genuinely she cares about the residents. She’s approachable, she listens, and she actually follows through. It makes such a huge difference to feel heard and supported where you live. The building looks fantastic, and maintenance has been top‑notch—quick, professional, and always friendly. You can tell the whole team takes pride in their work. I’m honestly so grateful for the positive changes. It feels like home again.

I love living at Arabelle Riverwalk. My apartment is so spacious and love the walk-in closets. The best part is they don’t take students anymore! The new team in the office is so kind, helpful, and really make you feel at home. They take pride in everything they do! Lorelle is so sweet and has treats for our dogs and candy for the adults. She always makes our daughter feel so loved by also having coloring sheets for her to take home. Maitenance is very attentive and fixes issues promptly. If you want luxury living this is the place for you! Great job Arabelle team!!
