Altis is such a great place to live. I just resigned my second year with them and have so many amazing things to say. The amenities are some of the best in the area for the price. Pool, hot tub, sauna, resident events, rooftop, grills, and treatment rooms where you can get all your med spa needs right in the comfort of your own home. Randi has been one of the best property directors and is always willing to listen to the residents. She has been so helpful with any thing I bring to her and always wanting to participate in the community.

I had a great experience at Altis Grand Central. The property is extremely professional, well-maintained, and very clean. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping everything in top shape. The location is also fantastic—convenient and in a great area. Ashlynn was especially helpful throughout the process. She was professional, polite, and made everything smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a quality place to live!

Randi was amazing from the very beginning. She had such great energy and made me feel so welcome throughout the entire process. She took the time to show me all the options that fit exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly helpful during the application process. She made the tour feel comfortable and exciting, and truly made the apartment already feel like home. I immediately signed and am absolutely loving it here so far. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience working with her!

I’ve had a great experience living at Grand Altis in Tampa so far. The location is fantastic and makes it really easy to get around the city. One of my favorite parts of the building is the rooftop amenities. The rooftop pool is awesome, the rooftop dog run is perfect if you have a pup, and the gym and sauna are a huge bonus. Overall the building just has a really good vibe and energy to it! The staff here is what really makes the place stand out. Ashlynn was my leasing agent and made the entire tour and leasing process incredibly smooth and easy. She answered all my questions, made the tour enjoyable, and made the move-in process feel effortless. I’ve also been extremely impressed with the management, especially Randi. She runs the building incredibly well and you can tell there’s a high standard for how things are managed. She’s professional, responsive, and clearly takes a lot of pride in the property and the resident experience. Anytime something needs attention it’s handled quickly and efficiently, and it’s obvious she keeps the whole team organized and operating at a high level. I’ve lived in a lot of different buildings and it’s honestly rare to see a property managed this well. Employees like Wanda and the rest of the staff are always willing to lend a hand, whether it’s helping with a DoorDash delivery, taking care of maintenance requests quickly, or just being friendly and welcoming around the building. Wanda even makes sure my pup gets a treat whenever we come through, which is a small thing but says a lot about how welcoming the community is.

We have been living at the Altis for almost 3 years and we can safely say that this building has the best management & maintenance team. Extremely pro active and responsive management group. Upgrades are always taking place in common areas and the building always looks new and fresh. Amenities are next level and the gym is world class with a super view of the Tampa Sky line! We love it so much that we are moving from a 1/1 to a 2/2 for another 15 months. Good sense of community as well! The location at Grand Central Ave is very convenient and Central, everything that is excellent in Tampa is within walking distance. Special mention to: Randi, Yolanda and Ashlynn in leasing! Also the maintenance team are so friendly and accommodating. I can go on and on, It’s Awesome!
