Melissa, the property manager, truly goes above and beyond every single day. She is professional, caring, and committed to making sure every resident feels right at home. It's rare to find management that genuinely cares — but Melissa does, and it makes all the difference! And a special shoutout to Neesha, our amazing concierge! She is so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Whether it's a quick hello or going the extra mile to make sure we have everything we need, Neesha makes living here feel personal and special. She’s truly the heart of the community! The amenities are equally impressive — the pool feels like you’re at a luxury resort, and the workspaces are pristine, modern, and absolutely top-tier. Every corner of this property is meticulously maintained, creating an environment that's both beautiful and functional. If you’re considering making 101 N Meridian your home — do it. You won't find a better living experience anywhere else!

The Staff at 101 N. Meridian is amazing. The leasing office is always so helpful and accommodating and you can tell they genuinely care. Jennifer and Benjamin really go the extra mile to be there for the residents here. The front desk is just as wonderful. Neesha always has a solution for everything and it really makes a huge difference when the people are so supportive and helpful in your building. Truly a 5 star experience. I hope the staff knows that in a world where technology is replacing humanity. They are living proof that a little bit of heart can affect people in ways they will never know. I want to thank the entire leasing office team for always being attentive throughout my application process, from day one until my move-in day. A special thanks to Melissa, the manager, for her kindness and attention from the very beginning, always making sure every detail was taken care of. Also, to Benjamin, an excellent professional who guided me through each step with great dedication. And to Jennifer, who was always sweet and attentive. They truly do an outstanding job as a team. As for the building itself, it is impeccably maintained: every area is spotless, the elevators are always in perfect condition, and the maintenance team is constantly attentive to every detail. The reception staff is also very friendly and always willing to help, not only the residents but also visitors and delivery personnel who sometimes arrive disoriented. I’ve personally seen how they go out of their way to assist everyone with a smile. Without a doubt, I chose the right building. I truly feel at home here. The entire team at 101 N Meridian is always willing to help every resident, and that makes all the difference ♥️✨

I just moved into 101 N. Meridian in Channelside and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We toured, applied, and moved in less than a week later. Benjamin and Melissa made the whole process smooth and stress free. They were kind, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. The apartment itself is beautiful with an amazing view, and the amenities here really stand out. The common areas are always kept very clean, and maintenance has been quick to respond whenever needed. I already feel at home and I’m so glad I chose Meridian. Highly recommend!

Easily the best apartment experience I’ve had in Tampa—and I’ve lived in a few. The building is fire: clean, secure, well-designed, and in the perfect location. But let’s be real, what actually makes this place different is the people. First off, Nejah is the rock. Professional, reliable, and always handles business with calm confidence. She’s the reason everything runs smoothly around here. Then you’ve got Kennedy, who is hands down the funniest person in the building. She’s got that natural energy that makes you laugh even when you’re having a bad day. She’s a real one and makes the whole vibe more welcoming. Every apartment needs a Kennedy. And Justin—man, I’ve known him since the 915 days. He’s cool as hell, always respectful, and brings good energy wherever he is. Seeing him on the team here was the cherry on top. It’s like the squad got back together. This building would already be a 10/10 based on the layout, location, and amenities—but the team takes it to another level. If you’re thinking about moving in, stop scrolling and apply. You won’t regret it.
