I recently toured and later moved into View On Centennial Apartments, and the experience has been positive so far. The leasing staff were friendly, answered all of my questions, and made the application process straightforward. The community feels well-maintained, and I appreciate how clean the common areas are whenever I walk around the property. My apartment was in great condition when I moved in, and any small concerns I had were addressed promptly. Overall, it has been a comfortable place to call home, and I'm happy with my decision to live here.

I just moved here last week, and I have had a great experience so far. The location is convenient, and the property offers a comfortable and welcoming environment. The management team has always been professional, responsive, and willing to assist whenever needed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community with excellent customer service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Since 2024, The View on Centennial has been such a positive experience for me and my partner! We just signed a new lease for a new floor plan because we love living here so much. You cannot beat the price of these apartments along with the amenities and views. Compared to other apartments in the area, you get the best price along with a clean and well kept atmosphere. Look… all apartments will experience the issues people have here. We have had our fair share of these experiences. Rather than taking this out on management, you have to recognize that this is apartment life.

We have lived here for about two years since the complex opened. We’ve had complaints. Never enough parking even though you have to pay monthly for it. Tires have been slashed in the parking lot. My girlfriend had her license plate stolen off her car. And the mailroom can be a nightmare. That being said this review is to shout out the amazing Mechanical team. Greydan in particular is excellent at his job. Friendly, almost always get to our requests within a day, over all the best part of living on this property. Big shout out to him and his team for the work they do on this property.

Absolutely do not live here. Do not trust anyone in the office. Please note, I'm well aware of the legal ramifications of lying, so know I am 1000% honest with what transpired with them. First off, I have cancer. I ended up in a coma (just for one month), due to the treatment. While I was in the coma, the office became aware, and were of no assistance to my roommate. She was unable to get into my account and that meant my portion of rent still wasn't covered. They just told her they would evict me. Having already been made aware that I was in a coma, Heaven then accepted fraudulent documents to terminate my lease. I could not have signed anything. I was in a coma. This is well-documented with the hospital. Apparently, I woke up two days after she accepted the false paperwork. I was still very out of it for several days, if not weeks. I immediately paid rent, unaware of what had been done. Heaven did not do her due diligence to verify anything, and no common sense was applied to the situation. I was left homeless after my health scare ordeal as a result of her negligence. Then I wasn't able to find anywhere else to live because (once again) Heaven really screwed up. She said that we never paid the $3k+ termination fee. Reported it to credit bureau. Sank my credit. When I told Heaven, she told me we never paid it, and sent collections information. They actually ignored me for several days. Once I provided a negative review regarding my situation, I got a response from the manager that it was being looked into. I have now provided them with a copy of the cleared check they said they never received.and all the medical documentation showing everything I said was accurate. I haven't lost it about this situation yet. I'm holding in a lot of bitter feelings and hurt about how easy it was for my life to be almost ruined, and they have no remorse. The response from Heaven in March was that she was not to blame if someone gave her fake paperwork. Today, it was not to call back, to just contact risk management or that they would be contacting me soon, since I provided all the evidence to them. This level of mishandling of paperwork seems illegal. Update: Risk management claims that this office doesn't have to verify documentation and they are not responsible if they do accept false documentation. They acknowledged that my documentation proves I couldn't have signed that paperwork. They are also saying a cleared check with their name on it doesn't mean they cashed it. So, we have to get more documentation from the bank. Keep in mind they are offering to now just waive part of the fee for me, but still want to pay part of it. You read that right. They acknowledged I was defrauded and incapable of signing paperwork at the time based on my medical documents provided, but they still want to hold me accountable for fraudulent documents and fees. I forwarded this to my newly obtained lawyer. I'll let you decide if this is a place you want to associate with or have in charge of anything important. Take care of yourself and ensure your safety by never renting from a place with this level of incompetence.
