I toured Fox Bridge on Union with Irvin and Sara. They were the sweetest people. They really took their time to get to know me and understand my needs and wants and even allowed my dog to tag along on the tour which made not only me, but my dog to feel very welcome. The property itself was very well kept together and clean.

I first toured Fox Bridge in December 2024 and immediately knew this was where I wanted to live. Jessica made the process so easy. I moved here in October 2025 from 1000 miles away. Over those 10 months, Jessica answered any and all questions I had. Since being here for about 7 months, I can honestly say this feels like home. Jessica, Irvin and Sara are so friendly and helpful any time I stop by the office whether with a question or just for a quick visit. The property is amazing, the views are absolutely gorgeous, and the amenities are numerous. They are always offering fun events like Food Truck Fridays or a Coffee Food Truck on a random weekday. I’m so glad I made this my home as it truly feels like home.

Fox Bridge on Union is the BEST apartment complex I ever lived at! I loved the leasing team here; Jessica, Irvin, and Sara are the sweetest people who take care of this community so well. They went above and beyond to help me out during my time here. Regarding the apartment itself, the location is incredibly quiet, great views of the mountains, easy access to major highways, clean apartments, a locked mailroom for maximum security, an elite gym that has every machine I ever wished my apartment to have, valet trash, and friendly neighbors! If I ever find myself back in Colorado Springs, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I moved here about 6 weeks ago from out of state and I feel so fortunate to have found the lovely community at Fox Bridge-what a blessing!. The entire staff here continues to be just wonderful. I feel that everyone works hard every day to ensure that we feel that this community feels like a home! Irvin was my initial contact when I took a tour. He listened carefully and genuinely to my criteria for finding a home, showed me some options, and helped me find the perfect apartment without pressure, which I so appreciate. Since moving in, Irvin, Sara and Jessica have all been so very helpful as well as they always have great suggestions when I have questions about the Fox Bridge Community or finding my way as a "newbie" in the Colorado Springs area. I look forward to seeing them all when I go to the clubhouse for tea or a chat- Also, Tom and the maintenance team have been wonderful as well- always friendly and responsive, again patiently answering any questions. If you walk around the complex, you will see that the grounds are very well maintained and if you walk in the office, you will feel a consistentlly friendly atmosphere (which I am sure both take a good amount of behind the scenes work- :) I truly believe that they are all dedicated to making sure that this community does feel like a home. Fox Bridge on Union employees are wonderful. Irvin, Amber, Jessica, and Tom are the best people. They have helped me acclimate to my new apartment and surroundings. They are very kind and knowledgeable. I am blessed to be a part of this community. JoBeth and Dave Wachtman
