I loved living here! Comfortable space, quiet rooms, clean building, high ceilings, and close to bars, restaurants, parks, and stuff to do. Friendly neighbors, attentive staff and a great living experience. Perfect place to live in Downtown Colorado Springs.

I stayed in one of Blue Dot’s furnished apartments I found via Furnished Finder and it was an amazing experience. I lived here for 3 months during a travel health care work contract and I was so sad to leave it. Upon move in, the apartment was very clean and all the furniture was brand new. The building always felt safe and secure, and the parking garage is a huge plus! The location is amazing, so many great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Tim, the landlord, is super friendly and always helpful. I definitely recommend Blue Dot Place!

I lived at Blue Dot Place for the last 3 years and had a fantastic experience. The location doesn't get much better than this - right off Nevada Ave and Hwy 24 so I had easy access to the mountains as well as greater Colorado Springs. At the same time, it is also located in the heart of downtown - I could walk almost everywhere and rarely paid for an Uber or Lyft. The building is also in great condition. My unit was modern and had zero issues while I lived there. The building interior was extremely well-maintained with convenient access to the mail room, package pickup area, and garage. The garage was always secure and clean, and I enjoyed having an assigned parking space. Lastly, the management team is the best I've worked with. The landlord, Tim, knew me by-name and was always friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues, both individual and community, were always clearly communicated and resolved. I moved out of state recently for work and I was sad to leave the community at Blue Dot Place - it was a great place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone moving to Colorado Springs.

We have lived here for the last year and it has been so wonderful. The location is perfect, the neighbors are super friendly and Tim is also super helpful and kind! He always remembers us by name which is super sweet and would always go out of his way for his residents. He really does care and I have never had that before in any apartments I lived in. Thank you for making our stay in Colorado Springs so amazing!

If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and safe environment....Blue Dot is the place you should consider. If you're looking for a landlord that is responsive to concerns and is willing to discuss anything...you should consider Blue Dot. If you're looking for a boutique experience (not being part of hundreds of other renters)....consider Blue Dot.
