I usually don’t do reviews, but wanted to give a shout out to this place I called home for awhile! Super nice amenities, unique atmosphere with the soccer field and Brit Pub, everyone I met was super nice and welcoming, and you can really tell the property managers care about the building and people living there—especially the community director, Jen. The units themselves are updated and I actually never had any problems! Definitely the most home-y complex I’ve lived in and I’ll miss it. I can truly say it’s the best place to live downtown.

Everyone here is amazing!! They really care about us as tenants. Maria helped me find the perfect apartment for my needs and my daughter. The front office is dedicated to helping in every way possible. Maintenance is awesome, Joe Romero is absolutely on top of work orders.

Been here about a week now and I am so happy I decided to move in. The office staff are helpful and friendly. Residents seem respectful and the apartments are clean and cozy. Access to the pub downstairs is a very nice feature!

We moved in almost a month ago…and could not be more happy. Everything about Experience has been positive. From our initial meeting with Jen in early Spring, right through the move-in process with Heidi, each step has been fantastic. The views are spectacular, the planned amenities are amazing, and of course the apartment is first class. Each day gets better and better. Love the ability to walk downtown to a host of restaurants, stores, and bars. Oh, and watching the Switchbacks games from the balcony, so much fun! We could not be happier! Thanks Team Experience!
