I recently toured Ensley Apartments and had the pleasure of working with Alina. She was genuinely one of the best leasing agents I have ever worked with. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Alina took the time to thoroughly explain the community, the different floor plan options, and all of the amenities available. She asked thoughtful questions about what I was looking for in an apartment and tailored her recommendations accordingly. What I appreciated most was her honesty and transparency throughout the entire tour. She provided clear information that made it much easier to evaluate my options and make an informed decision. She was also extremely patient and accommodating. We wanted to go back and revisit a few areas, and despite having a busy day, she was happy to do so. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer every question created a truly positive experience. The community itself was equally impressive. The apartments are beautiful, and everything from the interior finishes to the 24-hour amenities exceeded my expectations. Everyone we interacted with seemed friendly and professional, which speaks highly of the management team as well. I was only in Colorado for the weekend and had a limited amount of time to tour properties, but Ensley made the entire process smooth and stress free. Out of all the communities I visited, this was by far my best touring experience. I can absolutely see Ensley feeling like home, and I am very much looking forward to considering it as my future residence.

We came to tour Ensley twice in one day, and Alina was so kind to help us both times. We toured apartments all day and didn't find one that was comparable, so we had to come back to see it again. She went above and beyond to help us, answered our questions, and was patient with everything we wanted to see. She was very detailed, knew all the information, and walked us through the amenities and what we needed to know. She was honest and helped us find an apartment that fit our needs and our budget. As we toured and sat at the desk, every person that we saw, both Alina and Ahlissa, knew all their names and said hello to them. This just showed how great a community Ensley is, and it felt very welcoming and homey. Great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The units and amenities are beautiful, and my husband and I especially love the gym and pool. My husband and I use the gym frequently and usually keep a gym membership, but this is the first time we’ve been able to go without one because of how well equipped the on site gym is. They even have powerlifting equipment where you can deadlift 500+ lbs, which is something you almost never find in an apartment gym. The heated pool being open year round has also been one of my favorite parts of living here, and I spend a lot of time there. Our move in experience was very smooth thanks to Ahlissa, who helped coordinate everything while we moved from out of state. I also want to especially recognize Melina, the Community Manager, for being so welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our experience here. She genuinely cares about the residents and always made us feel well taken care of. Maintenance requests were also handled quickly and efficiently. This is definitely the place to rent in the area!

The Ensley apartments has everything I could have imagined when looking for a new place to call home. The amenities, the views, and the apartment itself is gorgeous! I want to highly recommend touring here or living here if you want a great community it’s literally right down town and miles from the mountains! Wouldn’t be here without Melina she walked me through the entire place and helped me visualize what it would feel like to live here. She is exceptional at what she does and honestly she made one of the biggest live changes seem exciting and has helped navigate the transition with ease and is always friendly and welcoming. Thank you Ensley for making this become home

We’ve been living here for about 3 months. The tour itself was great. The staff are all very sweet and friendly especially Alina and Alissa. They are so friendly, kind, helpful and great to talk to. The apartment units themselves are beautiful. We love the double sinks, the walk in shower with a seat and nice wall nooks in the shower to put toiletries is a great touch. The walk in closets are attached to bathroom which is also attached to bedroom. It’s pretty spacious for the price. The kitchen is also really nice with a lot of storage. Being able to wall mount a tv is also great. Cons of the apartments are no coat closet but you do get a very spacious walk in closet and a mud bench. This is specific to one bed one bath units. Also lack of drawers in the bathroom but it’s workable. The community and residents i’ve met are nice. I love that they do events, they’re very cute and thought out. It’s close to a lot of places in walking distance, which is important for me. We also had a door knob not work properly when we first moved in and the maintenance team was great and fixed it fast. However, i do have a few complaints. These are also not just my complaints but also have been complaints from other residents i’ve talked to, that agree with me. 1. The pool is mainly unusable. I never see people in the pool. It is promoted as a “heated pool”. We pay for the amenities included with the base rent for “luxury”. The times i’ve put my feet in it’s been ice cold. It also broke and they said they “fixed” it. I went to go try it excited to finally swim. It was still very cold. It is sometimes a dirty as well. 2. The hot tub is good. most of the jets do not work tho. Both the pool and hot tubs i’ve seen at other luxury apartments we toured in the area were much nicer with their amenities. Specifically, Dorian. The pool there was warm and the jets for the hot tub worked. So if that’s important to u, I would go with them instead. Unfortunately, the apartment units themselves at Dorian weren’t as nice as Ensley. The gym is also better at Ensley for our needs. There is a lack of a view where Dorian has the mountain view with the fire pits. Ensley does not. It still has a cozy “rooftop” fire pit with a view of the pool. No view of the mountains tho. I just wish the amenities at Ensley were better. I wish we could mash the two together. 3. The floors are pretty thin. I would recommend living on the bottom floor if you’re heavy footed. If ur a quiet walker like us u should live on the top floor. We unfortunately went with a unit with someone above us and it sounds like an elephant lives above us. They constantly stomp while walking shaking our walls. I don’t know if that’s so much the property’s fault and not just the person above us not knowing they’re loud or not caring but just including our experience so you know. 4. I understand things break and need to be fixed and things are fixed pretty timely at Ensley. However, the level of things that break are alittle alarming. The garage door broke.. fixed in a few days. Not a big deal there is multiple garage entrances. Then the pool heater broke. “was fixed” still very frigid as stated before. The hot tub broke and was fixed in a few days. most of the jets do not work. 5. No pool table. I know this is a niche thing but while touring all other apartments near us that are luxury.. they have pool tables except ensley. so kinda a bummer. They have ping pong tho if that’s ur thing. 6. garage. The turns and the way it’s set up going up in narrow circles seems alittle like an accident waiting to happen. Make sure you go slow and are aware in the lot. overall, i do like ensley. I think it is a great place to live. If they make a few tweaks and fix up the amenities i really think it could be worth 5 stars. As of right now, of course keeping “luxury” in mind i would rate it as a 3.5 star. I will edit to 5 stars if things get better. UPDATE- everything is constantly broken. the elevators, the garage, the hot tub, the pool. the stomping upstairs all day is driving me crazy.
