I’m going back to edit this because I have talked to the office, and was honestly delighted. I had a 2 star review before because I had been road blocked every time I tried to talk to Lauren or Martina. I had tried to bring up multiple issues, but wasn’t able to get it past the front desk. However, Lauren was great at communicating and understanding the issues, where they are now, how they are planning to fix them, and so on. She was amazing to work with. Martina is too, she is friendly and lively. If you have any issues, go straight to them. Now, we have got stuff stolen from our front porch, we do have some issues with amenities, and there are a lot of homeless around. I don’t think you can help it in this zip code. If you’re prepared to live so close to the city, I’m sure you’re already aware of what these negatives have to offer. But, if you want better prevention for safeguarding you’re home, just talk to Lauren or Martina. They have great insight on the property and how to safeguard it as much as you can. They also have amazing suggestions if you’re new to the area. I also would recommend looking at the apartments facing pikes peak, it’s a beautiful view to wake up and sip your coffee to in the morning. Also don’t back into parking spots haha.

Based on move in- Ron was kind and funny, a fun guy to work with during move in, always answering my 100 questions and showing every apartment. The website isn’t very user friendly so if applying do it right the first time, and if you have ESA animals it takes about a week to get approval. The amenities are gorgeous, pool area and fire pit. People don’t seem to pick up after their dogs so that’s a little annoying.

Friendly neighbors, helpful/friendly staff, pet friendly and has a dog park, keep a sharp eye on your small dogs cause they can slip in between the fence, a bit pricey for the size but apartment is nice and i feel like the complex is secure, maintenance is good, also if you have handicapped visitors i havent seen an elevator to go up the other floors so they will have to climb the stairs. Another plus And it's less than 15mins many grocery stores and fast food places there's a family dollar 3mins away :)

My husband and I recently moved into the community and everything has been amazing so far. We did a quick move in only two days after touring, Ron worked with us with every step of the way and did an excellent job! We are both so happy to have Ron as our leasing agent, we greatly thank him for helping us along the way. The one bedroom Aspen has given us two more than enough space and we’ve been highly satisfied with the apartment. Highly recommended!!!
