I absolutely love living here! It’s quiet, peaceful, and the views are beautiful, but what really sets this place apart is the front office team. They are always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. I recently went through a stressful situation with my car, and the way the staff supported me made such a difference. They were kind, understanding, and went out of their way to help during a tough moment. It reminded me how rare it is to find a community where the people truly look out for you. I’m extremely grateful to live here and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels both safe and supported!!

I've been living here for about a year and half now and it's wonderful. Good location, perfect amenities, and very helpful staff and maintenance. I have two big dogs and the dog bath helps out a lot. And the view from on top of the hills by the apartment complex is lovely every single day.

The Preserve at Mesa Creek is simply fantastic! I moved in several months ago, but I wanted to wait to make sure I had enough time to accurately evaluate everything. The office staff has always been very friendly, the facilities are well-maintained, and on the rare occasion that I've had to contact maintenance, they've always been exceptionally courteous and helpful. I've never had any issues with neighbors making loud noise, and it's a great place to live. When I moved in they even gave me a welcome card and grocery bag 😊.

I recently moved out of the preserve due to moving to another state. This is the best apartment complex I have lived at in terms of price and customer service. The leasing office to include Lauren and Stephanie were always helpful and kind. The maintenance team to include Joe and Patrick helped fix appliances in my apartment in a timely manner. I also own a dog and I found it to be a dog friendly apartment complex because of the walking trails, friendly employees, dog washing station, and many other dog owners. I recommend this apartment complex to any military stationed in Colorado Springs, students, hospital workers, or anyone working downtown. It has been a great place to live, but sadly I had to move.

My plans have changed, so I’m not moving after all but Feryn (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was incredible! I came in without an appointment and she was kind and readily available. She answered every question before I could even think about it. She was very thorough and informative. As far as the negative reviews I’ve seen, most of those issues will be found anywhere else …
