I feel so lucky to have found the best apartment community in Colorado Springs. The buildings and parking garage make me feel safe; on-site storage and ample coworking spaces are super convenient; the pool, jacuzzi, and gym are beautiful. Keith, Jenn, Sarah, Adam, and Mike are the BEST! They are always happy to help with my many random questions, and are the most helpful and friendly team I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. They truly go out of their way to get to know every resident, and are often throwing fun little get togethers for us. My favorites are Bingo Night and the Christmas gift wrapping station! Friends and visitors always gush about how gorgeous the apartments are. At the edge of downtown COS, it’s far enough away from any rowdiness, but close enough to walk to breweries, restaurants, and shopping. I LOVE it here!

Jennifer Sprunger in the leasing office has been amazing since the day I moved in. She made me feel truly welcomed, and the staff here has always been helpful and professional.I love spending my days off relaxing in the jacuzzi, and one of my favorite things about living here is how peaceful it is. I’m able to rest and sleep comfortably because there are no noise issues, which makes a huge difference.I definitely recommend The Plaza at Pikes Peak to anyone looking for a place to call home — especially military members. This community is welcoming, quiet, and truly an amazing place to live!

I’ve had a great experience living here and would absolutely give it 5 stars. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents, which makes a huge difference. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the whole team is easy to communicate with. The community itself is just as wonderful my neighbors are kind, respectful, and create a really welcoming atmosphere. It truly feels like a comfortable and safe place to call home. Special shoutout to Jen for always going above and beyond your positivity and helpfulness never go unnoticed! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live.

The Plaza is such a beautiful and well-ran place to live! I recently toured the apartments and fell in love. Keith in the leasing office was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely communicative about any and all questions I had regarding the property. I ultimately chose to live closer to my employer, however, I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a nice community to live in!
