Fantastic home away from home. Friendly staff and neighbors. Love the amenities. Their hot tub is my favorite place to relax after a hard day at work.

By far, the best apartment we have lived in! My brother and I moved into The Mae over a year and a half ago. We have collectively lived in over a dozen apartments and The Mae tops the list as the best. We had looked at other luxury apartments in the downtown area and The Mae is a cut above all of them. Specifically, we love the luxurious aesthetic of the interior and exterior of the building and the great views of the mountains. We have never lived in an apartment that is so well kept and cleaned on a daily basis, to include the landscaping and clubhouse. The maintenance is spectacular. As they are on top of any maintenance requests and daily upkeep as if this was a nice hotel. We have never waited more than a day for any maintenance requests. Furthermore, the staff have been professional, friendly and truly amazing. They make this place feel welcoming and they make sure to take care of your needs as well as put together great community events monthly. I give thanks to Ashley, Maicy, Brooke, Tera and all the maintenance and cleaning crews who work at The Mae. Lastly, the community at The Mae has been a great experience. Our neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. Whether we meet in the hot tub, at community events, in the lobby, or walk across the street to the many great restaurants and venues, we meet so many great people. I recommend The Mae to anyone looking to live a step above the rest.

This by far was the best apartment I have yet to reside in. From the location to the friendships built was priceless. Although the hot tub may go out from time to time, I enjoyed every bit of it. Walking distance to all your favorite downtown eateries, bars, plant shops, neighborhood markets and mountain views. You honestly can't go wrong with living here. Tara and Ashley were amazing and made life a little bit easier with their hospitality. Enjoy all of the amenities and vibes this residence over because I know I miss them!

Lived here for 6 months.The most amazing apartment staff, I’ve never lived anywhere better. It says a lot when you know the names of everyone in the office. Ashley, Brooke, and Maicy truly make living here enjoyable. It’s quiet, Safe, walkable to nearby restaurants, maintenance is efficient, and the amenities make it feel like a resort. Hands-down the best apartment complex in Colorado Springs. They all go above and beyond. Brooke helped me figure out a Starbucks-level latte using the resident coffee machine. Ashley is consistently warm and approachable, and Maicy is always quick, helpful, and so fun to talk to, whether it’s a key fob or just a friendly conversation.

The Mae is run like a high end hotel. Located at the south end of the city makes everything with in walking distance. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. They work hard to create a community space within the community. The community itself is a mix of people from a variety of ages and backgrounds. Likewise everyone is friendly and communicative. It is truly one of the best places I have lived in the last 40 years. Update: After living here for seven months I am happy that I had made the decision to move in here. The people residing here are open, friendly and helpful to one another, we come together to help move, walk dogs, check on pets and maybe even water the house plants. The staff has a monthly social, where we get together to meet the neighbors, or bingo night or trivia night or the summer barbecue. Holidays are also celebrated, Halloween party, Friendsgiving, Tree Trimming to name a few. The complex is located at the south end of the Downtown area, with in walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and museums. It is one block away from Weidner Field, home of this year’s soccer champs The Switchbacks. The stadium hosts concerts as well, this year there was Jason Aldean and the Jonas Brothers. For the outdoor enthusiasts we are at the base of Americas mountain, Pikes Peak. The region has hiking trails, biking trails (street or mountain bikes) running paths. Ski resorts are an hour to two hours away.
