Moved in last month and am loving it so far. The building could have been better constructed (paper thin walls, low water pressure and low quality building materials) but the amazing staff more then makes up for it. James and Chris are both such gems. They are always so friendly and so quick to answer questions and resolve issues. James turned up the water heater for us today because we enjoy taking very hot baths, fixed our AC and microwave light when it went out and made us feel like valued members of the community. They always have bright smiles on their faces and never hesitate to take the time to say hello. Thank you both for making us feel at home here at Solace. The buildings are new and with most new construction were built in a hurry. Luckily James and Chris are always ready to fix whatever comes up. The club house is also great. They offer free beer and everyone is always so friendly personable and helpful. No matter what's going on we keep seeing very contagious smiles amongst the entire staff and have really been made to feel welcome here. Besides the staff the rooms are nice and the closets are incredibly spacious with lots of storage throughout. It's a safe quiet community with lots of military and a great location. Thanks to everyone here at Solace! David and Lacy

My experience with this complex has been defined by a stark contrast between the "premium" lifestyle marketed during the leasing process and the reality of their operational negligence. Prior to signing my contract, I explicitly inquired about the viability of charging my Tesla in the garage. I was met with confident assurances that the facility was fully equipped and that numerous residents successfully did the same. These affirmations served as a primary inducement for my residency; however, the reality has been a recurring failure of the electrical infrastructure. The breakers frequently fail, leaving my vehicle’s state of charge in a state of constant uncertainty. When I sought a resolution for this fundamental breach of promised service, the management’s response was not one of technical accountability, but of dismissiveness. Their "solution" was to suggest I utilize a lower wattage charger—a suggestion that effectively places the burden of their inadequate infrastructure on the tenant. The issues began at the onset of the lease. Upon taking possession, the garage was delivered in an unacceptable state: extremely dirty and infested with spiders, suggesting a total lack of turnover inspection. Furthermore, the power dynamic when addressing these grievances has been deeply disappointing. Management has clarified that electrical failures in the garage are treated as "non-emergency" maintenance tickets, to be addressed at their convenience. For a resident relying on that electricity for essential transportation, being told to "deal with it" (as communicated in a dismissive email to my wife) is not just poor customer service—it is a failure to provide the functional environment promised under contract. Being bound to a year-long contract under these conditions is untenable. If you require reliable infrastructure or professional management that honors their verbal and written commitments, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This is not a "luxury" experience; it is an exercise in administrative avoidance.

Leasing agents have been very kind and helpful, even as we needed to break our lease early. Maintenance has been top notch thanks to James and his team. I really hope my next apartment is managed as well as Solace.

Just moved in a few days ago and the last 3 weeks prior, Zoey and the rest of the staff made the process extremely easy and answered every question I had. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are very clean, and the maintenance team is very responsive to knocking out requests. 10/10 would recommend this place to others.

I have been a resident here for over a year and recently renewed my lease—despite exploring several other apartment communities that offered different amenities and, in some cases, slightly lower pricing. Ultimately, I chose to stay because this property truly feels like a neighborhood rather than just a complex. The sense of community, combined with the consistently warm and professional support from the front office staff, made the decision easy. Regina, in particular, has always made me feel welcome—thank you for that. In my experience, the formula for enjoying life here is refreshingly simple: pay your rent on time, maintain your space, respect your neighbors, and follow the community guidelines. None of which are especially complicated. As long as I’m in Colorado, I plan to remain part of this community. Love you all, Joe A
