I originally just stopped by looking for my sister’s apartment, but wow… they sold me instead! This place is absolutely beautiful — brand new, super clean, and the vibe is unmatched. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring in so much light, and it honestly feels like a retreat. The amenities are next-level: an all-year pool (yes, even in winter!), a pizza oven (!!), free kombucha on tap, and weekly resident events that actually make it feel like a community. Everyone I met was so friendly. And a huge shoutout to Cameron! she’s such a sweetheart! She was beyond awesome, gave me multiple tours, answered every question with patience, and really helped me envision living here. Truly the kind of person who makes the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a place that blends luxury with good energy, this is it. Totally a vibe. 🌟

Don’t waste your money here when there’s five other luxury apartments lobbying for your money. DO NOT LIVE IN 338. They will tell you the floor was replaced because of pet urine. Well I don’t have a pet, but the toilet above us did leak into our apartment. There fix and method are below. I could and did document this entire encounter and repair which took months. I was spending over $3,000 to be treated like a typical pawn. Don’t stay in greystar and get away from Fiona. Obviously they kept my security deposit. I assumed they would. Lying and creating a story to do it, I didn’t expect. PS. The no hot water for thanksgiving was fun. The pool heater breaking every month. The July 4th parties with non residents. What a terrible year

I recently moved into Fiona Apartments in Colorado Springs and am pleased to report an encouraging first impression. The leasing and maintenance staff have proven exceptionally cooperative and friendly, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries during the move-in process. In particular, Cameron stands out as exceptionally pleasing to work with, demonstrating a rare blend of efficiency and genuine attentiveness that has greatly facilitated the transition. This level of attentiveness has made settling in far smoother than anticipated. The apartment itself is in very good condition, with no apparent maintenance concerns upon move-in. Hot water supply has been consistently reliable, which addresses some of the issues mentioned in earlier reviews. While the outdoor pools are currently too cold for use, understandable given the recent inclement weather, I intend to revisit this point once warmer conditions arrive. The common areas are beautifully designed and well-maintained, offering an inviting atmosphere. The fitness center stands out as a particular strength: it is modern, well-equipped, and spacious, easily among the best I have seen in comparable properties. I also greatly appreciate the high ceilings throughout the unit, which create a sense of openness and airiness that elevates the living experience. At this early stage, I have high expectations for the management team and sincerely hope they continue to uphold the same standard of care and responsiveness. I will update this review periodically as my experience unfolds, but for now, Fiona appears to be a thoughtful and well-run community.

I recently moved into my new apartment, and the whole experience has been fantastic. The move‑in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way. The amenities are excellent and really make the community feel comfortable and welcoming. I’m very happy to call this place home.

The building looks nice, but in my experience it’s significantly overpriced. The hot water has been inconsistent, and management promised compensation related to boiler issues over the 2025 holidays that I never received. After repeated follow-up attempts, communication became unresponsive. The pool and hot tub are also disappointing because they are not covered, so they become cold anytime it rains or snows. In addition, the garage door frequently malfunctions during freezing weather, and the elevators are often out of service. I would not recommend living here.
