I don’t normally write reviews, but this one earned it. My step daughter is not having a good experience there. She has called me several times in tears over something to do with this place. The ECO doesn’t need to be perfect, but she should feel more safe and cared about. I hope management takes a closer look at what residents are actually dealing with day to day, not just what the property looks like.

Living at 333 ECO has been such a great experience from start to finish. The community is clean, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. What really makes this place stand out is the amazing staff. Erica, Cheyenne, and Alyssa have been nothing short of exceptional. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I’ve needed. Their kindness and dedication make a huge difference, and I genuinely appreciate how welcoming and supportive they’ve been throughout my time here. I highly recommend 333 ECO to anyone looking for a comfortable home with an outstanding team behind it!

the residents are hostile and aggressive here. one resident left a mean letter on my windshield because they have difficulty getting in and out of their small parking space. another resident cussed me out on my birthday because i was in the hot tub too early in the morning. it’s unfortunate they behave this way with taking matters into their own hands when there’s an entire team of staff, security, etc. who are great. i will update my review as more time passes since i haven’t lived here long.

We have been residents at ECO since it opened. It was a great decision to move downtown into such a wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are great with wonderful views in all directions. And the sound proofing between apartments is excellent. Besides the many resident friendly amenities such as the well equipped gym, hot tub, & pool on the deck, and lounges, the staff is unbelievable! They are very friendly, do a wonderful job of creating community with monthly and holiday gatherings that usually offer delicious food and drinks where we can meet with other residents, and they keep us updated on downtown events and are very attentive to resolving any issue that might arise. We are so glad we decided to make ECO our home. Dave & Linda

Alyssa, Markas, and the entire 333 ECO staff are second to none! I rented a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom overlooking East Colorado Avenue and with some breathtaking views of the Mountains. The location (two blocks from an eventful Downtown), amazing common areas, and underground parking to avoid hail damage sold me the most. My room also had ample kitchen space for cooking and entertaining guests. I have lived in Massachusetts, Baltimore, Nothern Virginia, and Kanasas City, but this apartment at ECO topped any previous residence. If you intend on making the most of your stay in Colorado Springs then I highly recommend that you take a tour of ECO and see for yourself why I was so fortunate to call this place "Home" . . . and why you should too!
