Really enjoy living here. Management is on top of things and maintains consistent and friendly communication about things going on in the complex. Even the owners are involved in keeping things looking and working well. Nice location and newer construction it’s a great place to live.

Moved in about 2 weeks ago, and so far we are loving it! Olivia and Tim have been so helpful, professional and understanding and made everything a smooth transition even with a few hiccups they were quick to respond and get everything situated. We are close to highway which is convenient for going downtown or hitting the trails with our bikes towards mountains. So far I have not had a bad experience and look forward to being apart of the community :)

I have lived here for 10 months, and I love it. It is super-convenient to downtown and I-25, and everyone is very nice. The new ownership/management has been very proactive is making improvements to the property. I’m very happy here.

I have been very happy to see the new owners working here alot to make the property even better! They are very responsive to any requests, and Property Manager, Olivia, is also great to work with. It's a very professional and welcoming atmosphere!

The new owners are committed to maintaining a quiet, well-kept, and welcoming community. The property has seen numerous upgrades, with plenty of parking and a great management team. Olivia is exceptional—she stays on top of everything and truly cares about the residents.
