I really enjoy living at Vendome. The aspects I appreciate most are the strong management, cleanliness, and overall maintenance of the building. Mittra, the property manager, is very approachable and consistently responsive to any questions or concerns. It’s clear that resident experience is a priority. Cleanliness is also a standout — the building is consistently well-kept, which makes a noticeable difference in day-to-day living. In addition, the property is well maintained. Any maintenance needs are addressed promptly, and the overall condition of the building reflects a high level of care and attention. Overall, Vendome provides a very positive living experience, and I appreciate the professionalism and effort that goes into managing the property.

I recently moved from Vendome Place Apartments and was sitting here reminiscing and thought I would write a review of my last year living there so here it goes. I Loved That Place and I can’t think of anything bad to say about it from the kind and thoughtful Mittra the Community Manger (who also arranges seasonal and whimsical community parties) to the amazing and talented Alejandro the Facilities wizard Vendome Place Apartments is a well kept immaculate building from the floors to the elevators to the front lobby everything is very clean very well kept and makes for an awesome living experience. Even the outside grounds are nicely manicured so just walking from the well lighted parking lot to the front door lobby at night you feel like maybe this place is a little Filoli a little slice of heaven right here in San Jose. And lastly we always felt very safe and secure living there comfortable in the security of the building and the camaraderie of other tenants kindness was surrounding us on a daily basis. If you are looking for a place I would highly recommend Vendome Place Apartments I promise you won’t be sorry. As a matter of fact I can see myself living there again in the future so see you there.

Vendome Place manager Mittra is a thoughtful property management professional. Always diligent and efficient, I have enjoyed our business partnership over the years. As a result, it's easy to recommend Vendome Place to other business partners and prospective residents alike.

It has been about 5 months since moved in. The apartment is clean and well managed. The management staffs are very nice and friendly. Strongly recommend.

Very clean apartments and all the maintenance are taken care very efficiently and quickly. The manager is really sweet!
