I’ve lived here for over a year and just renewed for another year. Overall, my experience at Diridon West has been awesome. The apartment is modern, clean, and very well maintained. Having Whole Foods Market right next door is incredibly convenient and genuinely makes day-to-day life so much easier. Special shout-out to Jizel from the management team. She’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient - whether it was with my renewal or everyday questions. Whenever I needed clarification or ran into an issue, she was quick to help and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and kindness have truly made a difference. Overall, Diridon West is a great place to live, with an excellent location and a supportive management team. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to stay.

I have been living in this complex for more than a year now. I left for a vacation for 6 days, and got back yesterday planning to leave to work early today because it was an important day at work. I go to the parking lot at 6 a.m., and my car is not there. I pay $175 a month for a reserved parking spot. Turns out, my car has been towed away from my dedicated parking spot because I forgot to put the parking sticker on it (my car was getting fixed at some point so I had to remove it, and then forgot to put it back). This has affected work as I turned up later than planned, and being occupied with the car being gone. It turns out my car has been gone for 3 days already. I didn't get an email or a call or a message, or any other warnings or notices. It was just silently taken, and I had to pay $685 (~300 for towing, ~390 for keeping for 3 days) to the towing company for towing away my car from my dedicated parking spot and keeping it. I understand that there is policy, but it shouldn't be so severe towards the tenants. I didn't park in an illegal spot, or someone else's spot, or block anyone, or cause problems in any other way. It can be easily verified by the plate number that a car indeed is parked at its owners reserved spot. One shouldn't have to suddenly pay $685 for forgetting to put a sticker on a car. This policy is not reasonable, it's a problem created out of nothing, one shouldn't be this damaged for such a small oversight. I also could have been gone longer and I wound't even know that my car has been taken somewhere and that I am being charged every day. This has been a terrible thing to experience, the reason to pay for a reserved spot is to feel safe and worry less about your car, and this has been the exact opposite. I am asking the management of the complex to at least partly reimburse me and revise the policy, as it should be a reasonable set of measures towards protecting the tenants and their cars, and just silently towing away tenants cars from the their dedicated parking spots seems like a thing that might be enjoyed by the towing company, but doesn't seem like a reasonable thing to do to the tenants. Meanwhile, there is a garage door at the parking lot that has been broken for a while now (a month, maybe more), fixing that seems like a thing that should be prioritised, as that is indeed a thing that protects the tenants cars. Overall this is a nice apartment complex with a reasonable quality / price ratio that I generally recommend to everyone, but be aware that you might be hit from behind by something like this here as well. Update: the new community manager Esmeralda Rios reached out to me and offered to reimburse the total amount. Huge thanks to her for hearing me and helping out! I appreciate it. Hopefully management will consider making the policy less severe as well.

I never write reviews, but I loved my stay so much that I had to. I rented the guest suite with my daughter to visit with friends, and it felt like a luxury retreat — spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Kayla at the front desk deserves special recognition for going above and beyond. She was so welcoming and made everything smooth and stress free. She even helped us find great local spots to check out, which made our stay feel even more personal and enjoyable. Her kindness really made us feel like VIP guests. The location is fantastic, and parking was convenient, which made everything even easier. I’ll absolutely be staying in the guest suite every time I visit. This was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

The lease for my current apartment was up and I was exploring options of new places. I had a tour of Diridon and looked at their 2 bedroom unit. Kayla was super helpful in not only showing me all the amenities and answering all my questions, but she even went into great detail of the what they do for the resident to build community. She had a bbq themed party for the residents with such elaborate decorations, abundance of food/drinks, and overall cool activities for the residence to mingle and have a sense of belonging. Something my current apartment lack. It was really great to hear Kayla share everything she does to planning and facilitating different events for the residence and her care she has for what she does and the apartment complex. Unfortunately the price of the unit was a bit out budget and would’ve been a stretch for just one income but I would recommend anyone to schedule a tour with Kayla to really get a good feel of what living at Diridon would be like.
