SCAM/UNSAFE/ONGOING CONSTRUCTION FOR THE NEXT 18 MONTHS- I strongly advise anyone considering this property to think twice. The entire leasing process is misleading from the start. You are required to do a virtual tour that shows a completely different type of unit—one with two floors instead of three, and conveniently, no signs of the extensive construction that will be happening. What they don’t tell you is that due to cracks in the breezeways, they will be conducting major construction on every building for the next 15 to 18 months. This means loud noise, blocked access, and significant disruption all throughout the day. I f you work remotely or spend time at home during business hours, I absolutely do NOT recommend living here. The unit they show you during the tour is nothing like the unit you actually move into. When we arrived at our unit, there was already an active leak affecting the unit below us. I was contacted over 15 times during my work hours and repeatedly asked to allow workers into my apartment. On top of that, I was asked highly inappropriate and invasive personal questions from vanessa—including how often and what times I use the shower and toilet. This happened more than once. When maintenance finally entered, they left my bathroom a mess. Rugs were thrown around, pieces of the bathtub were removed and not put back, and the entire space was left in disarray. Despite all of this, property management took no responsibility, offered no compensation, and showed zero willingness to correct their own mistakes or accommodate the disruptions they caused. When I continued to push—as any tenant has the right to do—for fairness and accountability, management’s “solution” was to tell us we could move to another unit or break our lease. Neither option was reasonable, and both would have cost us significantly more money due to their issues, not ours. In addition: the garbage is overflowing and packages are left outside.

Do Not Move Here It is so hard to live here. What was originally a one month project to repair rotted structures in the building has now turned into 5+ months of construction work in the complex that has closed off access to stairways and common walkways daily. There’s no communication about a clear timeline for this work, so it’s better to not consider living here for another 2 years at least. Front desk management also seems to have declined in quality and reduced hours. Break ins have occurred in the gated garage and the mailrooms. The location is great, but that’s really it.

I moved in at Pavona Apartments on February 28th, 2026. I have had an amazing experience with all of Pavona Staff so far. I want to take this time to thank Vanessa Castro who is the Residential Service Manager here at Pavona Apartments. She has been very attentive and informative and goes out of her way to tend to any of my requests or concerns. Vanessa is very professional and very good and takes pride in what she does as the Residential Service Manager here at Pavona. She works hard to ensure that the property is always in order! I appreciate you so much Vanessa! I highly recommend Pavona Apartments if you are in search of a place to call home…

She not only was positive and helpful, but she really cared about giving the highest quality information and helping make a well informed decision with no pressure and options very clearly explained.
