We have been living here for two years and decided to stay because we love the area and Jennifer is fantastic. Since she took over as manager, everything has really fallen into place. Communication is always smooth, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. We actually just moved into a different unit within the building, and the entire process was seamless thanks to Jennifer. You see the staff out every morning keeping the grounds spotless. I’d definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for a well-managed community!

I moved into this apartment complex back in August 2026 and, for the most part, everything between the staff, location, facilities, have been outstanding (huge shoutout to the Jennifer the prior property manager). That said, a new owner came in a couple months ago and, so far, there's been a lot of cracks showing in how the property has been managed. First and foremost is that the contact #s listed aren't even correct. Right now I'm having issues with payment, they are currently saying I owe for last month's rent even though I paid via a cashier's check (as they requested since I don't have any paper checks). The platform has been saying I have an outstanding balance for the past 2 weeks and has yet to be addressed. All-in-all, take prior reviews with a grain of salt.

I recently moved to this apartment, and I just love to be surrounded by arts. In the lobby they have one of the best handmade coffee I ever had. Special thanks to the Manager Jennifer, she is very passionate about her job and very professional.

We just moved in and we LOVE everything about this place! Also Jennifer is simply the best! She is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly and thoughtfully, making this a fantastic place to live!

Love living here! Jennifer is an excellent property manager and they take good care of us. The gym is also amazing and we love being surrounded by art
