I had a great experience with Santos Castro. He helped fix my plumbing issue very promptly and was extremely professional throughout the process. He also addressed my other maintenance requests very quickly, which I really appreciated. Santos was friendly, respectful, and made sure everything was taken care of efficiently. Excellent service overall! Santos Makes staying at Cannery Park a true experience, it shows that they do care! even after almost 2 years! :)

This review is LONG overdue and to be honest, I’ve given more than enough grace and I’ve bit my tongue long enough. The one star is solely for their maintenance team because they are top notch and we always have a great experience with them. Huge shout out there. Outside of that, if you are thinking of moving here, please be warned that your packages WILL get stolen if they don’t make it into a locker. You can see in my screenshot that my package got delivered with other packages but when I went down there not even an hour later, it got swiped. Not all of us have the privilege of working from home 24/7. We just renewed our lease here and wanted to share that in our 1.5 years here, we have gotten about 5 packages stolen and some were necessities needed for our health. We keep hearing that Cannery will increase security but those are just empty promises as there has been zero action. Given the amount that we pay for a “luxury” apartment, residents deserve a certain standard of living that doesn’t involve our well being being compromised. Oh, and I didn’t even mention the garage doors malfunctioning frequently with minimal updates for the community. I’m predicting Cannery will reach out and send a canned response about how it’s “not our responsibility” and honestly that kind of response does absolutely nothing to solve the issue. Install actual cameras. Do frequent walk-through of the mail room and personally deliver packages if need be. Show us you actually care. Cannery Park, DO BETTER!

We just moved in and honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. Melissa, our leasing agent, was absolutely fantastic from start to finishsuper helpful, responsive, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Brenda, the leasing manager, also welcomed us with such a warm and genuine energy. She greeted us with a smile and even gave us great recommendations for food and things to do around the area, which made us feel right at home right away. Amenities are beautiful and it give a modern/ comfy vibe which we love

I’ve been a resident at Cannery Park for a few years now, and overall, it’s been a really positive experience. The location is fantastic. Yes, the rent is a bit high, but that’s just part of living in the Bay Area. 

I’ve seen some other reviews mention things like package thefts, pet messes, or noise, but honestly, those are things that can happen anywhere. As for noise, you're going to hear your neighbors from time to time, and that’s to be expected especially living in an apartment complex.

The management team has changed, and the difference is for the better. They’re much more responsive and professional. The maintenance guys are quick and friendly.

Overall, I’m very happy living here and appreciate the team’s continued efforts.

I had a great experience with the maintenance team. Santos was fantastic, he addressed the bathroom vent issue quickly and professionally, and even came back later to make sure everything was still working properly. He mentioned what could be needing replacement and I appreciate the extra care and follow-up!
