Avalon Willow Glen has been a great place to live. The leasing office team has been welcoming and supportive from day one, and the maintenance crew is always quick and professional. Maintenance team be it Rico Douglas or Max and others have gone above and beyond, but really every person I've interacted with on both teams has been friendly and helpful.

Just moved into my new apartment and I couldn’t be happier; great experience so far! A big thanks to Nicola for guiding me through the pre-move-in tour, answering all my initial questions, and making the whole process feel smooth. She was kind, welcoming, and as accommodating as possible. Also really appreciate Max and Ricko for helping with the small move-in fixes. Nothing major came up, but they were quick and helpful with everything I needed. So far, I’m really enjoying the vibe here. It feels safe, peaceful, and the amenities are pretty decent. Looking forward to continuing to love it! 😊

We’ve had a really positive experience living here. The community is friendly, neighbors are respectful, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and safe. The maintenance team has also been reliable and responsive whenever issues came up, which makes a big difference.

The service crew here are excellent, thorough, and quick to provide support when needed. My disposal stopped working because something fell down into it that shouldn't go in a disposal. That was taken care of within less than a few minutes. I had a separate issue with my stove that I hadn't reported on my service request, but they took care of that before leaving, too. All told, less than 15 minutes and both issues were resolved. Kudos to Max who fixed this all up for me. He's great!

My family and i lived there for 5 years, we finally left. They let us brake our lease because of how much proof we had from the complaints of leaks, mold, and broken appliances. At first we loved living there. It SEEMED to be nice. 2 weeks in, our sink flooded with sewage and it was so horrible. Our sink had started to flood and we put a request in. 2 days later when it OVER FLOODED is when they finally came to fix the problem. Our master bedroom ceiling leaked, there was flooding in the master bedroom TWICE, we needed a new washing machine and microwave and dishwasher! And during the summer the cochroach infestation was HORRIBLE. Don't hold your breath when it comes to response from the leasing office. It seemed like they were closed almost every other day!! No one answered unless we called corporate. We only stayed for the schools in the area. Leaving was the best thing!
