Lived at Webster Eleven for a year and it was truly a wonderful experience. The leasing staff Mykalah, Renee and Robyn were always so responsive, helpful, and supportive from the start of my lease to the end. The building was always kept clean, smelled great, had phenomenal amenities (my favorite was the gym!) and the community of people were awesome. They had monthly events that brought ppl together as well. It’s located in a safe neighborhood, not too much noise, very secure, and close enough to all the cool spots Oakland has to offer. Highly recommend living here and checking it out for yourself. Thanks for a great living experience.

The Webster Eleven leasing team is one of the best teams that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. There's someone ALWAYS in the office ready to help. From the tour, to the move in and even through the work order process the staff has always been quick to respond and problem solve. The building is amazing but the team is really what sealed the deal for me.

What a beautiful property in a prime location near Oakland Chinatown—couldn’t ask for better. The gated parking with security and the clean, well-maintained building are hard to come by these days. The building is also stocked with top-shelf amenities, from Envoy EV car sharing to a rooftop pet park, clean gym facilities, and much more. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Gray from the maintenance team deserves an A+++ rating for going above and beyond to help diagnose an issue with my Tesla charging station. Truly appreciate the extra effort and professionalism!

I can't stress this enough...the leasing team is absolutely fantastic. They have picked up every call, answered every email, and been MORE than accommodating. You don't get this type of customer service in the real estate industry anymore. I have never had this good of an experience from an apartment complex or even a Marriott, for that matter. Thank you, guys.

Maintenance in the building is always fast the few times I’ve needed them—they respond quickly and get the job done right. Gary did a great job repairing my stove and is always friendly, reliable, and an all-around cool guy. Mykalah from property management is sweet, very kind, super helpful, and always on point, and the whole property management team is great.
