Bait and switch. The apartment I was interested in was not available for viewing so they showed me the one next door. Didn't take long for me to realize the one advertised had windows facing a wall. No daylight comes in. Worse, the application process insists you give them your bank login and password info to verify income. This place seems set up for fraud, identity theft, and worse. Housing... we're just trying to get housing!

I recently toured the property with A’nise, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The community was very clean, well-kept, and welcoming. A’nise was extremely patient, friendly, and informative throughout the entire tour. She took her time answering all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and understood everything about the property. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I truly appreciated her professionalism. I would definitely recommend touring this property!

Just moved in! So far, so good! I toured Edson House last year and then again recently before moving in. Anise was amazing at getting my application in and getting it through so I could move in quickly. I will say that they don't always answer the phone - but watching them work, I can understand why. Especially on days where there's only one person in the office. They have gone above and beyond to help me move into my unit. I toured twice with Daijon, both times he was phenomenal. So far, so good. I will update if anything crazy happens. But it's quiet and close to everything. Right now, I'm a happy camper!

I want to specifically highlight the amazing job Anise does as the community manager at Edson House. From the moment I first toured, she has been incredibly professional, warm, and helpful. She answers every email and question with speed and efficiency, and she genuinely cares about the residents. Any time a small issue or maintenance request has come up, she's been on top of it immediately. It's her hard work and positive attitude that make this building feel less like an apartment complex and more like a true community. She's a huge asset, and we are lucky to have her!
