Huge shoutout to the maintenance team especially Jose! He’s always on top of his work and super reliable. He shows up on time, communicates clearly, and gets things done efficiently. He’s very polite and considerate, and helped me on my day of moving in. Always a joy to talk to. Also I’m not sure who called me to schedule the maintenance, but they were super polite and helpful as well. Really appreciate the great service! Also, a huge shoutout to the leasing team. Marcus, who toured the apartment with me, was so kind, patient, and super helpful. And thank you to July as well for being responsive and supportive!

I’ve had such a great experience as a tenant at Lark Oakland and I really want to recognize Travis, Marcus, Israel, Jose, and July for consistently going above and beyond. They’re always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents here. Whether it’s helping with maintenance requests, answering questions, or just being welcoming around the property, they make a huge difference in the day-to-day living experience. Their responsiveness, patience, and positive energy create a community feel that’s hard to find. Truly appreciate everything they do!

My experience staying at The Lark has been spectacular! The entire leasing team (July, Travis & Marcus) is phenomenal at their job, promptly addressing any concerns I have and organizing events to create a community here at The Lark. The maintenance team, Israel and Jose, are very efficient and knowledgeable.

Lorena was an AMAZING tour host! I had a tour scheduled for the next day but decided to drop by to see if anyone was available. Lorena P. met me and had flexibility, and she professionally and expertly walked me through several options that met my needs and considerations. Her knowledge of the Lark - especially compared to competitive buildings in the area - was extremely helpful in my decision to apply. Travis was also such a friendly host to interact with; these two are a dynamic team. What a great start for the Lark Uptown!

I’ve been living here since June and it’s been an absolutely wonderful experience. The amenities are all amazing and well-maintained, the rooftop lounge is gorgeous, and my room already feels like home. As for the staff: Marcus moved me in and has been a great resource for any questions I have. I frequently run into July and Travis at the front desk and they’re always a pleasure to catch up with. The few times I’ve needed maintenance done, Mo, Israel, and Jose have all assisted me in an incredibly timely manner. I’ll occasionally see Dijah, the leasing agent, and chatting with her is always a good time. Couldn’t ask for a better team working in this building.
