I have lived at Alta Waverly for a month and I love it! Staff are super friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed my tour with Simon - he made me feel welcomed, understood what I was looking for, and made my move-in process a breeze. Shara, Dom, and Fernando are lovely and really helpful. It’s a prime location in Oakland - you're right by the lake, amazing restaurants, grocery stores, and a few-minute walk from everything fun going on downtown while living on a quiet, peaceful block. The building is beautiful and well-maintained and the units are modern with new appliances. There are also unique amenities like an art studio, community garden, and clubhouse space, and the roof is beautiful with a view! I highly recommend Alta Waverly if you are looking for a 1 or 2-bed apartment where you can get the best of Oakland!

I had a great experience touring Alta Waverly in Oakland. From the moment I arrived, the community felt welcoming, clean, and well maintained. The amenities and layout of the property were impressive, and the apartments themselves felt modern and thoughtfully designed. The location is also a huge plus, with easy access to everything Oakland has to offer. Dom made the tour especially enjoyable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making the experience feel rushed or salesy. He genuinely seemed to care about making sure the apartment would be a good fit for me. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I would definitely recommend touring Alta Waverly, especially with Dom!

Got recommended to move into this property and I can see why! I met the Assistant Property Manager Anthony and what a pleasure it is to have him be a representation of the community. He made me feel as if we knew each other for a long time. Although I am not looking to move until this summer he was extremely patient and was able to answer the millions questions I had. Highly recommend this property. Great job Anthony!

Best managed property I have lived in the Bay Area! Great amenities and safe with easy access to Bart, restaurants, whole food & right by Lake Merritt. Great community events and friendly neighbors. Definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I have been living here since beginning of September and we absolutely love it here. Take my word for it— this place is worth touring if you are looking for a new place to call home. If you decide to sign a lease a) welcome! b) you won’t regret it 🤗 See my long winded explanation below of a handful of reasons our experience living at Alta Waverly thus far has been incredible. 1) The leasing/management staff have been exceptional. They are professional yet genuine, kind, and friendly. They were neither pushy nor arrogant which is what we found to be the case at other places we toured or spoke to. And since moving in they’ve treated us like family are helpful and communicative. 2) We looked into a ton of places all over Oakland and Alta Waverly by far offers some of the most thoughtful and unique amenities. I’ve listed only some of the ones that stand out most to us: - DIY makers space by far is my favorite part (somewhere you can do woodworking, arts & crafts, and just make a mess). - 24 hour gym with equipment we hadn’t seen in other apartment gyms like a rower, StairMaster, plyo boxes, large range of free weights, etc. - Two resident lounge areas (2nd floor and rooftop). Beautiful urban oasis landscaping, grills, fire pits, indoor/outdoor lounging areas, dog run, community garden, etc. - Controlled access and nightly security - Fun assortment of Community Events - Gated access parking garage - Coffee and hot drink bar - Package room for the gazillion amazon orders that get delivered to us 3) All of the neighbors we’ve met are friendly and respectful. 4) Unbelievably dog friendly. Our chiweenie has made so many friends of all sizes here. 5) Lake Merritt is 2 blocks away and there are plenty of places to go and things to do all within walking distance. We’ve had a blast walking around the area and exploring. 6) It’s a safe area - To go to work I use public transportation- I walk to the Bart (7 min) around 5:30am and come back around 8:30pm and I feel safe. ... I could honestly keep going but these were just the first few off the top of my head.
