I recently visited The Grand and was amazed by breath taking view and the professional staff. Sarah and Breaunna were both warm and kind and knew all the Oakland hot spots. This is Oaklands best kept secret, the location is 5 star. With the great view of Lake Merritt and the bay bridge.

I had the best experience working with Sarah at The Grand. From the very first tour, she made everything feel easy, welcoming, and genuinely exciting. She introduced me to what is now my new home — a bright, spaaacious 1-bedroom with sweeping views from the SF skyline to 😇 Island — and I couldn’t be happier! Sarah was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the building and the area. She answered every question with care and always made me feel like she truly wanted me to find the right fit, not just any available unit. Clifford, who I also met while touring/applying, was equally friendly and helpful — both of them created such a comfortable, positive atmosphere throughout the entire process. Between the VIEWS, the natural light, and the overall energy of the building, it already felt like home — and their kindness sealed the deal. Also prime location (a block from Merritt) and a really beautiful building - far right in the pano shot.

I love living at the grand! I’ve been here 7+ years and it’s a great building. My apartment has gorgeous views and natural lighting, and I love having friends over to bbq & hot tub on the terrace. There’s so many activities and good food in the area, and being close to the lake is so nice. The new management has been such a good change. Sarah and BréAunna have a great energy and always have the answers to my questions. The new girls at the front desk are so sweet and helpful! Truly excellent customer service! And having maintenance staff on site all the time is a plus, I’m very glad to see more cleaning and received really quick support when I broke something in my apartment. Glad to see so many improvements!

Oh my Goodness I had the best gentleman show me these beautiful apartments he was so professional and I could tell he loves his job . They are the perfect just amazing and the view is incredible. Im definitely speaking to my husband i want to rent here. Also appreciate the kind gentleman who showed us the apartment. Thank u for a wonderful experience Jose.

My stay at The Grand Apartments has been beyond amazing. The management team is incredibly welcoming, supportive, and truly makes this place feel like home. If you have any leasing questions, Sarah is your girl - she walks you through everything and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend living here!
