Armin, Jerome, and Pablo make the resident experience at Lantana Uptown unlike any other. From my first viewing, Jerome welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, introducing me to the community that is Lantana. After moving in, Armin is always ready to go above and beyond to help me when I am in need, even during his days off. Pablo is so prompt and knowledgeable with all my repairs and maintenance requests, teaching me tips and tricks even after making the repairs. Most of all, the management team has really nurtured a sense of community in the building. People say hi to each other in the elevator, you get to know the cute dogs and kiddies in the building, and there are community events every month where people actually attend. The building is always clean and spotless thanks to Pablo and the maintenance team, Jerome is always ready to greet you with a laugh and a smile, and Armin can troubleshoot any problem you encounter. I feel safe, welcome, and truly at home in Lantana. It’s a wonderful place to be. 🏠

I’ve been living here for 2 years now and couldn’t ask for a better home. Jerome, the leasing agent, puts a lot of love into our community here - making it a positive and welcoming environment. The management team is always friendly and responds quickly when I need them. The location is great, the lobby is always clean, the hallways smell incredible, and the vending machine is always full of delicious snacks! I love living here amongst my sweet neighbors and Lantana’s dedicated staff.

I have really enjoyed living at Lantana. The building is nice, well-kept, and in a cool, central spot; HOWEVER, what makes this place special is forsure the people. Residents are great, a very diverse community and I have never wanted to hit anyone! Staff-wise, Jerome is truly the heart of this building. He knows residents by name, very visibly cares about everyone, and always goes out of his way, unprovoked. Every community has its own personality, and I’m certain Lantana wouldn’t be the same without him. His dedication, professionalism, and kindness always makes this place feel like home. Frfr Also, shout-out to Armin. Even though he’s a little newer, he's been responsive and professional the whole time, and he's done a great job settling into his role. Between him and Jermone, Lantana probably has some of the best-dressed staff in all of Graystar. My only gripe is that parking is expensive. Whew, chile, if management could make parking more affordable, it would make a big difference. However, maybe I’m just poor, because there is somehwow still a waiting list, lol. Overall, Lantana has been a great place to live, thanks in large part to the people who work hard behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. Thank you, Jerome and Armin, for all that you do. Oh snaps, and Pablo! That’s my dawg. Very professional, always handles.

To begin, I would like to express my gratitude for the assistance provided by Jerome and Armin during the tour and move-in process. Having resided here for several months, I can confidently say that Jerome has proven to be an invaluable asset to the community. His unwavering positivity, constant availability, and exceptional support have made him an indispensable resource. I have no reservations or complaints about Jerome’s contributions. His assistance has been invaluable, and I am deeply appreciative of his unwavering support.

I've been living in Lantana Uptown for over 1.5 years, and I cannot be more thankful for this being my first home since moving to the Bay Area. From the application process to recently upgrading to a one-bedroom with balcony, I have felt very welcomed and cared for throughout. Every staff member has been a familiar and supportive presence, and has remained proactive with every concern, going above and beyond. Much credit to the management team, including Jerome, Armin, and Moe, for always executing great follow through. The building is well maintained with such a calming, modern aesthetic. The gym and yoga/dance room are always clean and always feel brand new. The rooftop is both a relaxing and versatile space with a view of the Bay Bridge and downtown SF. Its location is top notch, just being a short walk away from nightlife in Downtown Oakland, City Hall, Lake Merritt, and a short BART ride into SF. Great building and location aside, Jerome has been very intentional about fostering an enjoyable and neighborly atmosphere. The building has a balance of being a relaxing home for your solitude, while inviting all to a variety of creative events that have brought us together. It's always good to have good company in good neighbors--much thanks to Jerome for cultivating this!
