Shanique is a wonderful addition to the Elevenfifty Community. She was very friendly and helpful when I told her that my son expressed interest in checking out the available unit. Without hesitation, she immediately gave him a tour outside of her touring hours. Shanique also made sure all of his questions were answered clearly throughout the tour. Rae has been fabulous ever since we moved here 4 years ago. She made sure we felt welcomed the moment we stepped foot in this building and always made sure our needs are met. We continue living here for so long because of Rae's kindness and efficiency. And now, she is helping my son with his lease and has been very helpful in meeting his needs and throughout the process. Both Rae and Shanique are contributors to my son's decision to move here. We couldn't thank them enough. We really appreciate their friendly and welcoming demeanor, and for going above and beyond for their tenants! Yay, my son is joining the Elevenfifty Community soon!

Contonia Francis, Ravna and the entire concierge team are professional, attentive, and always willing to help residents with deliveries, guest coordination, and day-to-day requests. Their responsiveness and friendly attitude make a noticeable difference in the overall living experience. I especially appreciate how organized and courteous they are, even during busy times. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of service.

I’ve been living at Eleven Fifty Clay for about a year now, and I’ve gotta give major props to the new management and maintenance team. When I first moved in, I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d renew my lease but the turnaround over these past few months has been next level. The new team has been on point with everything. Maintenance requests get handled fast and smooth, and any questions or concerns I bring to the office are taken care of quickly and professionally. The whole vibe of the community has improved, and you can really feel the effort they’re putting in. I’m extremely happy with all the changes, and for the first time I’m truly excited about renewing and sticking around for another year. Big shoutout to the crew for elevating the place!

Overall, I enjoyed my time while living here. It was a peaceful and pleasant property with rarely any issues. The staff including Desmond, Rae & Grace provided consistent positive attitudes and were consummate professionals in my periodic interactions with them. If you are seeking a quiet and low key property to live in, I would highly recommend Eleven Fifty Clay Street.

I just toured this apartment building on Saturday and of course I did read reviews before. I was thinking that it’s so suspicious how all reviews are really good. I just couldn’t believe that it’s really true. So I went there and after my tour I can easily confirm that all those damn good reviews are true! All leasing team is amazing. They make you feel like you are at home, they are so friendly and helpful. What is the most important that they don’t fake it just because it’s their job and they have to provide customer service but they really mean it and you can feel that. I just want to say that you are amazing and thank you for your customer service which you provide us. I appreciate it! Can’t wait to move in! Update: Have been living here 3 months! And it’s just gets better. Many apartments unfortunately just forget about people after they sign a lease so here it’s just gets better after you sign a lease. I’m nicely surprised! Thank you Eleven Fifty Clay Team! You deserve a raise 😅! Definitely!
