My move-in experience at Axis has been great so far. From the very beginning, the process felt smooth and well-organized. Saba was amazing—she took the time to walk us through a virtual tour of the apartment and was incredibly patient and helpful with the many questions we had about the process and signing the lease. She made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. The neighborhood is fantastic, with a great walk score and easy access to everything we need. The apartment itself is huge, which was such a pleasant surprise, and it really feels like home already. The leasing team overall has been wonderful to work with—responsive, professional, and welcoming. It’s only been a month since we moved in, but so far the experience has been very positive. I’m looking forward to seeing how the next few months go and continuing to enjoy everything Axis has to offer.

Saba is phenomenal. We toured at least 6 apartment buildings/homes in the area and she was the most helpful, informative, and professional leasing agent we met. In the time spent touring the building, it was clear she knew most tenants well and had a great relationship with everyone. She gave us a comprehensive tour and was also helpful with unique considerations of our needs. The building is great, full of clean amenities, updated units, and a homey environment. We also witnessed the maintenance team interacting with the leasing team which demonstrated a cohesive and efficient relationship. I highly recommend Axis and especially working with Saba for your needs.

I lived at Axis apartments for one year and would have renewed my lease for another if I was staying in the area! I have to say the Apts are layed out with lots of room and very modern appliances! You cannot get more central to the shops and downtown area, or Bart stations! However! It was the staff that made my stay a wonderful experience! The office staff were always very friendly and professional! I have to give a special recognition to Saba A. ( assistant manager) From the moment I came it to view ,sign a lease and during my stay, she was alway quick in responding, clarifying, and resolving any issues that came up! Saba never disregarded any concerns or complaints and was quick in finding solutions! That ment a lot for me to be taking seriously ! As we all know not everyone follows rule and it affects us all in how comfortable we are in the place we live! So, to have someone quickly respond and set things back in order in a calm and professional manner leaves you with the comfort of knowing you are is a safe and comfortable community! Last but not lease, the maintenance staff is beyond wonderful! They are friendly, knowledgeable and do not hesitate to get the job done! Tahirah 💚

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Derrick and his team. From the very beginning, Derrick went above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He was always responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the perfect home. The apartment itself is more than exceptional—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything I could ask for. It’s clear that Derrick and his team take great pride in both the property and the service they provide.
