⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - 5 STARS If Atlas Oakland is one of downtown Oakland's premier residential communities, then Milon is undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons why. From my very first interaction with her over 14 months ago, Milon set the gold standard for what a leasing professional should be. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, incredibly communicative, and genuinely invested in creating a positive experience for every resident she works with. No question was too small, no detail was overlooked, and every step of my move-in process was handled with remarkable professionalism and precision. What truly makes Milon stand out is her unique ability to combine expertise with warmth and understanding. She has an infectious positive energy, a fantastic sense of humor, and a natural talent for making people feel comfortable and valued. She's got an amazing personality! As you may know, moving can be stressful, but Milon transformed what could have been an overwhelming process into an exciting and seamless experience with no hiccups. Her attention to detail is second to none, and her creativity and resourcefulness consistently impressed me. Whenever a question or challenge arose, she approached it with confidence, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset. It's rare to encounter someone who not only excels at their job but genuinely elevates the entire experience through their dedication and personality. Quite simply, Milon is the kind of leasing agent every property wishes it had and every prospective resident hopes to work with. 20260407 update: see the attached photo taken on Apr. 4th in the early morning. Has the intensity decreased? Yes. But do crows still roost up there? I think that’s also a yes. I agree with the managing team that this takes effort, but it also takes extended and frequent monitoring. So on behalf of many residents that are also suffering from sleep disruptions, and out of good faith, I implore the managing team to resume monitoring on this issue and take necessary actions. I’ll keep updating my observations here as well. Moved here since Jan 2026. And this is from me to all the prospective residents: DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you’re okay waking up to extremely loud crow noise every morning at 4–5am. AT LEAST DO NOT CHOSE ANY OF THE COURTYARD FACING UNITS. I’ve reported this repeatedly to management over the past months. They acknowledge the problem but their actions have been very limited with little effects. To ATLAS: Chronic sleep disruption can lead to serious health issues!!!

I recently toured Atlas and had such an amazing experience with Milon! She made the entire tour feel so seamless and fun. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to walk me through all the details without ever feeling pushy. I really appreciated how comfortable and personalized the experience felt. Milon truly made Atlas stand out for me—highly recommend asking for her if you’re touring!

MILON IS THE BEST!Living at Atlas felt like the city finally said, “Welcome home.” I’ll be honest — I wasn’t sure what to expect moving into a high-rise in downtown Oakland. But from the moment I walked through the doors of Atlas, something just felt right. The building itself is stunning. 40 floors of glass and thoughtful design, with views of the Bay that genuinely never get old. I’d catch the San Francisco skyline glowing at dusk from my floor-to-ceiling windows and think, this is actually my life. The rooftop deck on the 41st floor became my favorite spot — whether it was morning coffee or a quiet evening wind-down, it always delivered. But what really made Atlas special wasn’t the quartz countertops or the 4,000 sq. ft. gym (though both are excellent). It was the little things. The 24-hour doorman who remembered your name. The concierge app that made life genuinely easier. The sense that someone had thought carefully about what it means to actually live somewhere, not just sleep there. The location is unbeatable too. One block from BART, walkable to some of Oakland’s best restaurants and culture, and close enough to San Francisco that the whole Bay Area feels like your backyard. If you’re moving to Oakland and want a place that matches the city’s energy — creative, warm, and quietly extraordinary — Atlas is it. I’m glad I took the leap.

I had a wonderful experience with our maintenance technician Octavio. He arrived early, was extremely professional and consistently cleaned up after himself throughout the entire job. The wall repair work came out beautifully and exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and respects your home while doing it. Truly appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism!
