Location, location, location: this may be the best place in Oakland to call home. 2 blocks from BART, 2 blocks from the Lake, with rooftop views and courtyard fireplace coziness to keep you comfortable.

I’ve lived here about a month now and love it! It’s great living close to the lake and the staff is great, Isabella and Dominique have been so helpful with all my questions! I love having a balcony and modern appliances and the terrace is nice as well.

Nice place had a great tour with a pleasant individual! The amenities are top tier and I feel like it's reasonably priced for the location. The park is right across the street which is the highlight for me and its close to the lake as well. The apartments all have their own charm with the way they're designed and for a single person the studios seem bigger than others I've seen. The art in this place is Hella dope!!! That experience alone had me enamored and what a beautiful way to show homage to The Bay Area Legends. I felt right at home after I saw the touches of artistic expression!!! Being an artist in my own right, it's the little things that help make life Hella betta!

We have lived here for about a month now and everything has been well above our expectations. The location is amazing, the apartments and amenities are top notch, but the staff is really the highlight of this place. We have had a few minor maintenance needs that were handled very promptly, and I had an important package that was misdelivered and Dominique went out of her way to ensure we figured it out. Everyone here is so nice and caring, we feel so lucky to live in such a great complex where the staff actually care about the tenants. Everything is 5 star worthy here, but the staff make this a 6-star place to live!!

The apartment was nice, not many amenities. That said, the leasing agent Dominique was not very welcoming, and had some attitude, which is very unfortunate and one of the main reasons we went with another apartment unit.
