I just moved in and overall the experience has been really good. When I first moved in there was an issue with the hot water, but Stephanie and Jane helped get it fixed quickly. Stephanie is a great manager — very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. The maintenance team was also very helpful and took care of everything that needed to be fixed. I’m satisfied with the management and maintenance staff and have no complaints about them. The only issue I’ve experienced so far is unfortunately someone has been stealing my packages. Hopefully that situation improves. Other than that, the building itself is beautiful and well maintained.

We absolutely love living at Thea DTLA and have been here for a couple of years now. When we recently decided to move from our one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Stephanie Winsworth, the building manager, was wonderful to work with — she was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went seamlessly from start to finish. She really took care of every detail, which made the transition so easy for us. We truly appreciate her support and continue to be very happy calling this building home.

I wanted to submit a review on Thea DTLA and one of their best employees I have been fortunate enough to get to know, Jerrod. He is always so kind and caring. He truly cares about how he provides exceptional service to residents and their guests. He creates an ambience of class and prestige with his mere presence. Thea is very fortunate to have him as part of their team. Outside of amazing, Jerrod - I have truly had great experiences with all their staff and security guards for Metropolis, altogether. People know you by name and genuinely take an interest in your overall well-being and that is priceless within itself. Thanks you Thea for making LA feel like home!

The General Manager Stephanie has been very welcoming and always concerned to ensure the tenants are satisfied. She appears to be very hands on and I, personally, have had positive experiences with her every time I have engaged her. Thea has a great team that fosters a sense of community with caring and hard-working individuals to make it feel like home.

I recently toured THEA and had the pleasure of working with Jane. Although I ultimately found a different apartment that was a slightly better fit for my specific commute and needs, I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Jane was incredibly hospitable and took the time to thoroughly show me around. What I appreciated most was her transparency. Jane broke down all the numbers and provided a clear, honest budget, which was absolutely invaluable during my apartment search. Her customer service was truly excellent from start to finish. She never rushed me as we toured the building twice in one day. I highly recommend reaching out to Jane and the Greystar team if you are considering moving to THEA.
