Three years living here and going strong. Jose, Editia, and Bill- you guys make CANVAS. The sole reason why we have stayed here. The units have been to our liking. The community is safe, and overall improves with each passing week. Carlos and his Maint. team are second to none. If anyone is looking to rent here, do it. This is coming from a resident who moves nearly every year and well... three years later, there isn't any intent on moving any time soon. The community amenities, gym, outdoor pool area and club, with Security Patrols onsite and frequent, along with gated parking- near the heart of downtown, without actually being around the chaos of downtown? It is an easy decision and a wonderful investment for your money, time, safety, and a place to call home. This property has everything you'll ever need or anticipate. Cheers!

This review is for the maintenance staff. Carlos and Rey. ALWAYS prompt, super nice, and take care of any and all issues (which are semi frequent as the building is a bit older). And the cleaning staff always promptly reset and keep the spaces clean after events.

We have been searching for an apartment for our daughter. Who just graduated from Cal Berkeley. The Canvas Apartments offers everything she is looking for in an apartment. The only thing we were concerned about was the lack of security in the garage. Overall, we liked the comfort and location. Security is number one on our list.

I’ve been living at Canvas LA for almost 5 years and still really like it. The building is quiet, the new property management company has been updating the building and it really shows they value their investment. The leasing managers onsite are friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is quick and great. I would recommend living here

It was amazing living here! No hard complaints. The elevators stopped working every month on average but I’m not going to complain about it since I was perfectly able to walk through the stairs. Just an area to improve. Otherwise, all amenities are what you see in the pictures, they keep remodeling and renewing the place so it doesn’t become a thing of the past. Thanks to the entire leasing team and especially to Edita who made my living just perfect!!
