Just moved in. I have to say Jonathan and Priya were very helpful! The concierge desk staff have all been beyond kind and welcoming too. I love the Equity team and apartments, (my 3rd location) I am excited to be at this location. The walkability and roof top alone amazing.

Kelvin was incredibly helpful during my apartment tour. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. He made the entire process smooth and comfortable, pointing out important details about the unit and the building while making sure I understood everything. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to help. Overall, it was a great touring experience thanks to Kelvin, and I’d definitely recommend working with him if you’re looking for an apartment.

I lived in one of the penthouses at Pegasus Apartments in downtown Los Angeles, and it is easily one of the best living experiences I have had. The building itself is beautiful, secure, and run at a very high standard. The staff is professional and they treat residents like they matter. The rooftop is one of the standouts. Weekends feel like a private escape with DJs, great food, and an atmosphere that feels more like a high end lounge than an apartment building. Parking is expensive, and to be clear, the parking alone costs what an entire apartment costs in some places. But this is not the kind of building you move into to save money. You move in because you want quality of life and you want to feel like where you live matches the level you hold yourself to. If you can afford it, the penthouse is a must. The space, the view, the peace, and the feeling of waking up above the city every morning is something you will not forget. Pegasus is not just somewhere to live. It becomes part of your story.

Seamless and fun experience checking out the apartments at Pegasus. We were greeted with a big smile and given answers to all the questions we had. Would recommend checking out! Kelvin and Solie were great!
