Great place to live. Our first six months here have been outstanding. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and well-maintained community. The Saturday yoga classes have been a huge benefit to my health, and the instructor deserves special recognition. He's one of the best teachers I've had and has made a real difference in my experience here.

Definitely five stars! I visited the building today around noon, and I am very impressed with the service at [Hop-Flower]. What stands out most is the friendliness of the entire staff; I loved how they welcome you with a smile and are always willing to help. Furthermore, the cleanliness of both the apartments and the common areas is impeccable. Today, I walked down a hallway and ran into an employee named Zoila who was working near the elevator; she was very friendly, and it is clear that she pays attention to every detail. Highly recommended!

I’ve been living at H+F Apartment for a while, and I really want to give a special thanks to Val at the front desk. She has truly made my experience here so much better. These days, a large package of mine was mistakenly delivered to another building nearby. It was way too heavy for me to carry on my own, and when I mentioned it to Val, she didn’t just say “sorry” and move on. Instead, she immediately offered to help, brought a cart, and went with me to pick it up. This small act meant so much to me, especially knowing how busy she and the team are with many responsibilities, yet she was still willing to pause and lend me a hand. Val always treats residents with the same level of care and respect, and that’s exactly what makes this community feel welcoming and supportive. To me, that’s what makes Hope+Flower feel like another home, and I’m very grateful for her presence here.

I recently moved in ,Jennifer at the Front Desk of Hope and Flower is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel genuinely welcome with her warm smile and friendly attitude. She’s always kind, helpful, and professional, and you can tell she truly cares about the people she interacts with. Always happy to see her

I had a great experience touring with Sam. He was informative without being overwhelming, and made the entire tour feel very natural and engaging. I really appreciated how he didn’t just show the amenities, but also took the time to walk me through other available options and answer my questions thoughtfully. Even though the tour wasn’t very long, it was so well done that I could genuinely picture myself living there. Overall, it was a very productive and enjoyable experience, thank you again!
