Emerson has been a great experience so far. It’s clean, safe, and has everything you need. Also, I wanted to shout out Chris from Maintenance and Ernie from Concierge for helping with my move-in, and Pleasure from Leasing for being flexible to help with our lease! Update: I have lived here for almost 8 years now and my opinion is the same. It's a great place to live, raise a family and enjoy everything that downtown Los Angeles has to offer. This location is second to none. The staff is amazing. Latasha the front desk will cater to everyone of your needs. Edgar, Gabriel, Pablo maintained this place beautifully. A wonderful place to live. 5 star hotel service in a downtown Los Angeles rental, bravo to the staff that doesn't know how not to please. The amenities here are remarkable. The list goes on and on, a gym worthy of any you would pay a membership for, pool and jacuzzi, Pet Spa, Penthouse Lounge, media room, library very much like a hotel Business Center, weekly apartment hotel like cleaning service, access to rent an electric vehicle on premises. But again it's the staff here that makes this place remarkable. After living here close to 4 years I have so little to complain about. The residents seem to be handpicked as each one of them is as nice as you can ever hope unable to be. The apartments are incredibly quiet. Five stars are not enough for this property.

I have been living at The Emerson for three years now. Edgar has been such a pleasant and inviting person. Every time I see him he is helpful and always has a smile on his face even when he is in the middle of something. Great person to have on your team. Oscar who is one of the new concierge is also amazing he is very helpful always has a smile on his face and very inviting as well. These two stand out.

I've lived at The Emerson going on two years and it's been such a great place to call home! The staff is very helpful, friendly and the building is very clean! Ivan at the front desk always helps out and is very friendly when speaking with him. I love how much effort Edgar puts into his job as well! I always see him cleaning and the floors look amazing! I've seen him on numerous occasions cleaning the floors at 5 or 6 in the morning making the floors sparkle! Thanks Edgar, Ivan and Emerson team for all that you do.

I love living at The Emmerson because the staff make me feel at home. They are all excellent! Edgar is an absolute hero though. He is always working hard, completely reliable and helpful but also fun and friendly. He has made our life here at the building better!
