Your STOA team is pretty amazing. Karen and Jared were very helpful and available to answer all of my questions. I dealt more with Karen throughout the leasing process, she was so kind, patient and knows her stuff! The approval process was quick and easy. Equity is very organized. Their checklist has everything you need to make the move smooth. Guys! Sidenote: All of the perks that come with STOA is also great (more monies back into our pockets, which is always welcomed). I recently moved into STOA Apartments and with Jared’s help, the transition was smooth and quick. It took less than 48 hours to tour the apartment and sign the lease. Jared was extremely helpful throughout the process and made sure he was available for any questions I had. I can’t thank him enough for assisting me with the move to STOA. It’s a great complex, and I LOVE my unit. Such a wonderful experience! I would recommend STOA to anyone looking for a beautiful, modern, and decently priced apartment downtown.

I love living at Stoa! One of the things I appreciate most is the location it’s super convenient. The ‘Historic Broadway’ Metro station is just 1 block away, which makes getting around the city easy. I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I’m very happy with my experience. Also my balcony is facing the St Vivian church and I love drinking coffee with that beautiful view every morning. The maintenance staff is always quick to respond, and Jhonny, the leasing consultant, consistently goes the extra mile to help residents. I highly recommend Stoa 100%

On my visit to the apartment, I found it very well maintained. The first look itself was very pleasing to the eyes. The staff were very cooperative and were good listeners. Definitely worth a visit. The rent also looks reasonable.

None of the other reviews address this. The noise. I just moved in and every night 7 nights/week, there is a loud noise coming from a club down the street. It is a bass that vibrates the apartment so even with earplugs you cannot sleep. Renters beware as it is super loud, management did not tell us when we took the tour, and there is nothing to be done about it apparently. Please be aware of this before renting here. Ask around all the tenants will tell you the same.
