Julio Duran 3 months agoI lived at Park Fifth for about 15 months and honestly had a great experience living there. The building itself is nice and luxurious. The amenities are top notch, from the pool and gym to the valet service, everything is well maintained and resort-like. One of the best parts of living at Park Fifth was the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Tatiana, Riley and Chuy. They were always incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They would go above and beyond even for the little things like packages, mail etc. They always greeted me with a positive attitude. Little things like that really make a difference and they made the building feel like home. I was genuinely sad to move out and honestly didn’t want to leave, but work ended up pulling me to a different part of town. If it weren’t for that, I would have happily stayed longer. Overall, I highly recommend Park Fifth to anyone looking for a luxury apartment with great amenities and an amazing staff.
McKynzie Avant 7 months agoI moved into this apartment a few months ago after very extensive searching, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The building is extremely well maintained, always really clean; amenities always functioning and beautiful. The gym and pool has a 360 view of downtown LA and it’s stunning. Also the staff is phenomenal, everyone has been beyond kind and helpful from the ACM Tawnee, to Ali, Cole and (I’m sorry I’m blanking on the female leasing agent) all amazing! Even the security and concierge are some of the friendliest I’ve met and I’ve lived in several luxury buildings in LA. The location is also optimal with events etc at Pershing square. I was worried about sound proofing but have literally been so pleasantly surprised (It seems like most buildings in LA have cheap insulation, you can even hear your neighbors but not here). I’d definitely recommend this community to friends and family and am really happy with my decision. Thanks Park fifth!
L Dupree 3 months agoThe rooftop amenities needs some serious TLC. I know not many people use them, but the chairs at the pool and common area are stained and torn. These are just two of them. They are all essentially like this. Not a good look.
JJ a month agoThe staff are always kind and provide great service, and I truly appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining the apartment community. However, the furniture in the BBQ area and on the rooftop is honestly in very poor condition and difficult to use. It makes it hard to enjoy the community spaces at all. Many times, the BBQs aren’t working, and the nearby chairs and tables are often dirty; with holes, dust, and even animal droppings. Every time I visit, it looks like they haven’t been cleaned for weeks. I did see a notice that the furniture will be replaced, which is good to hear. But even before that happens, it would really help if a basic level of cleanliness could be maintained so residents can comfortably use these areas. Otherwise, even with new furniture, it seems likely that things will quickly end up in the same condition again without proper upkeep.
Nicole Kang 4 months agoAt first glance, this building appears attractive: a modern high-rise, clean common areas, and friendly management during the leasing process. Unfortunately, that initial impression is misleading and does not reflect the day-to-day reality of living here. They won't be friendly or helpful with you after few months of moving. Residents should be aware of ongoing, unresolved issues that management consistently minimizes or ignores. They are very avoidant. One of the most serious problems is the constant marijuana and cigarette smoke traveling between units through shared ventilation. These odors are not occasional—they are frequent, persistent, and unavoidable. This creates a particularly unsafe and unhealthy environment for families with children, as residents have no control over what enters their apartments. In addition to the smoke issues, extremely loud parties occur on a regular basis, often late into the night. These are not minor disturbances. The noise routinely affects entire floors, forcing multiple neighbors to complain, contact security, and escalate concerns to management. Despite this, enforcement is inconsistent or nonexistent. Management repeatedly fails to intervene in a meaningful way, enough to even give a warning, allowing the same issues to continue. For the high rent being charged, residents should reasonably expect a safe, quiet, and well-managed living environment. Instead, tenants are left dealing with chronic noise, strong drug odors, and dismissive responses when raising legitimate concerns. Speaking with other long-term residents confirms this is a pattern, not an isolated experience. Prospective renters, especially families, professionals, or anyone seeking a peaceful home, should be extremely cautious with what you see. Look beyond the polished appearance and the unusually large number of positive reviews. The low-rated reviews consistently describe the same problems for a reason. If safety, health, and basic quality of life matter to you, this building is not a good choice. They won't empathize or even care about your proper living. Please make a wise choice in what you are paying for. Another thing worth mentioning is how often the leasing agents change. You’ll notice new faces pretty regularly, while upper management seems to stay the same. That kind of turnover doesn’t exactly inspire confidence and helps explain why so many issues never actually get resolved.
