The whole team at Josephine DTLA deserves a lot of credit. Everyone has been welcoming, professional, responsive, and ready to help with whatever is needed. There is a clear level of care here, and it shows, from the immediate response when calling to schedule an appointment, to discussing what needs to be completed to close the lease. The building is kept impeccable, the common areas are consistently clean, and the amenities (pool, workout room, rooftop, etc.) are always in top-notch condition. It is obvious that the entire staff takes real pride in the property. Fernando especially has been nothing short of exceptional. He was outstanding throughout the leasing process and has continued to be just as helpful after the lease was signed, which I did not have through any of my other tours. He is diligent, timely, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable. He follows through, stays on top of things, and makes you feel supported the entire way through, not just when you are signing paperwork. That kind of consistency matters, and Fernando absolutely deserves his flowers for it. Josephine DTLA has been a great place to live, and a big part of that is the quality of the team behind it. Edit: Also want to give a shoutout to Alexis who went above and beyond to address a few issues in my apartment. I was admittedly stunned how much electrical and plumbing work he was able to execute flawlessly in 15 minutes tops? Thank you Alexis!!

I just signed my lease here and the experience has been great so far. The property is very well organized, with friendly and helpful staff. Moving can be super stressful, but Fernando has been overly accommodating and makes the process so much easier! He's had everything ready for me, and always available if I have questions. Excited to call the Josephine my new home!!

It took moving out of here and moving to another apartment complex to make me realize I had it good so felt like I should leave a good review. Management is super friendly and willing to work with you. Front desk is awesome and they really show they care about their job. Location is what it is - it’s downtown LA. If I had to move back to the area (I left for OC) I would consider moving back for sure. Coop residents too - made some friends here who I miss!

Shoutout to Brandon! MVP. After looking at 7 different apartments, the decision was easy for me and my wife. Thanks to Brandon. He helped us find the right fit, and worked on a holiday to get our application submitted and approved. We’re excited to move in, and thanks again to Brandon for the excellent customer service.
