Just moved in with my wife and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. Starting off with Jhonny, he's been a paragon of customer service from day one. Great at communicating with me and my wife during the application process, move-in, and now. He's been attentive to anything and everything. We both feel extremely lucky to have wound up here. We did have a couple of issues with the appliances but they were addressed and fixed by Herbie and his team in a timely manner. We still have a couple of boxes left to unpack but the entire front office and maintenance staff have made us feel right at home. 10/10 highly recommend.

I’ve been living here for 3 years, and would recommend this to anyone! Great location—in the heart of Little Tokyo! Jhonny has helped me throughout the leasing process, and even helped me switch rooms. Only note would be that there is still prevalent homelessness in the nearby streets that sometimes accrues outside the building, but it’s expected given the area. The building community is pretty quiet, and the view from the pool is amazing!

Just moved and so far I am really happy. The area is clean, the apartment feels amazing and most importantly Johny has outstanding customer service. He has gone above and beyond. I would say that the customer service really is great.

I’ve had a really good experience here over the years. Johnny is super helpful and always willing to support whenever needed. He responds fast and is easy to communicate with, which I really appreciate. Maintenance is also really quick. Whenever something needs fixing, they take care of it right away, so everything feels smooth and stress-free. The location is also a big plus. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, so it’s really convenient to grab food or go out anytime. Overall, it’s a comfortable place with great management and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it.

I love it! This building has just the right amount of everything. It's very well preserved and the staff is friendly, efficient and involved! Jhonny, the lease manager and Herbie the maintenance manager are extremely effective at their job. I do feel fortunate to be here.
