I’ve been living here for over a year, and I see the same people every day. One time I accidentally went outside to the first floor without my key and asked the office staff for help with the elevator. Instead of assisting me, they asked me to prove that I actually live here — even though I was holding my baby at the time. They told me in a very rude way: “You shouldn’t have forgotten your keys at home.” Why is there no proper focus on cleanliness and safety in this complex? Nothing was done even when food was being sold on my floor near the pool area, and the smell filled the entire hallway. Whenever you ask for help — which is literally their job — they don’t assist properly. There’s always a dismissive and insincere attitude. Residents are treated very poorly here. Only Florence is always helpful — he smiles and does everything he possibly can to assist. The rest, especially the guy with glasses and the others nearby, are not helpful at all.

Very disappointed with the service at Da Vinci. We scheduled a tour in advance for 9:00 AM and arrived on time. The office didn’t open until 9:10 AM, which we initially overlooked. However, after entering, we waited another 15 minutes without anyone assisting us. When we finally approached the staff, we were told that our appointment had been scheduled for 10:00 AM and that we would need to wait another 40 minutes. If there was a scheduling mistake, we should have been informed beforehand instead of being left waiting. Unfortunately, we couldn’t wait that long and had to leave. This level of organization and customer service is simply unacceptable. First impressions matter, and our experience was extremely disappointing.

Updating my review that a posted since I first moved in in 2022. I’ve absolutely loved living here. All my guests are always blown away when they come to visit, thinking I live in a hotel. Best amenities of any apartment for the price. Great views of downtown, Hollywood, and Dodgers stadium from the rooftop and from my balcony. I use the indoor basketball gym and weight rack almost daily. Great, secluded location in downtown without too much foot traffic, so it stays quiet. There are a lot of sirens, but that’s living in the city for you. Maintenance requests are resolved extremely quick and promptly. Resident services is always willing to help out when I have a request or have any issues. Shout out to Joseph for being super helpful all the time, I’m in the office a lot for random reasons. I enjoy using the package lockers, as it gives peace of mind from important packages getting stolen. Only complaint is wishing it was more walkable to downtown but that’s not the apartment’s fault. 10/10 - I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it to others who are interested.

I’m not sure where to even begin because my experience was and STILL IS PRICELESS! Let me start off by acknowledging how AMAZING ZACHARY was! Before I can even say hello he greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. The maintenance manager Robert is absolutely AMAZING and continues making sure things were not just ok but Good! Having them makes paying rent worth it. There are two other gentleman Joseph and Marlow who are over the top outstanding I literally can’t even put into words how blessed I am to have such an amazing crew living here. In all my years renting I have NEVER seen an entire crew always in a good mood, go out their way to greet and help tenants. They are all very very informative which to me is HUGE because I can’t stand being told false information or lazy people. I can tell you with all the great amenities and a staff like this I won’t be going anywhere.

I highly recommend this property, it is an excellent GHP property. My experience the last year and a half has been with great care and consideration. Apartment living will always come with certain trade offs but the amenities, cleanliness, community and neighborhood hold an amazing standard for the price you pay for rent. Above all else, the staff is incredible. These people genuinely care for their tenants and their experience, as well as their well being. I highly recommend Da Vinci Apartments. Thank you for allowing this place to be my first home in Los Angeles 💕
