I’ve lived at BE DTLA for several years, and it has truly been one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had in Los Angeles. The building is clean, modern, and extremely convenient — amazing amenities, beautiful views, and a location that makes daily life so easy. I’m genuinely impressed that a company as large as Greystar can maintain such a warm, caring, and professional service team, especially in a building with so many residents like BE DTLA. This team has consistently made me feel at home and created a true sense of belonging. It’s honestly a dream community. What really sets this place apart is the team. Jonathan, the Resident Services Manager, is incredibly professional, responsible, and kind. He always handles everything with empathy and efficiency and truly represents Greystar at its best. Mario from Maintenance is not only quick and reliable when fixing things, but he also gives helpful advice and even helps prevent potential issues before they happen. He’s someone you can truly trust. Scarleeth from Leasing was amazing during my unit application process — she worked through many challenges with me and helped me navigate every step with patience and care. And a special shoutout to Licia — she always greets everyone with kindness and a warm smile. Every time I come home and walk past the front desk, she brightens my day and brings positive energy to the whole building. I’m genuinely grateful for the years I spent at BE DTLA — it was a happy, comfortable, and safe home for me. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a wonderful living experience in downtown LA!

I’ve been living in this apartment for over half a year now, and overall I’ve had a really good experience here. The leasing office is very supportive. I once had a package go missing, and they were very proactive in helping me check the security cameras and resolve the issue, which I really appreciated. Special shout-out to Alan for helping me with my unit transfer and various difficulties along the way. He’s incredibly kind, has a great personality, and always responds to emails very fast. His support honestly made the whole process much less stressful. The maintenance team has also been very supportive. Every time I submitted a maintenance request, they handled it efficiently, most of the time they came the next day, and at most within a week. Overall, it’s been a great place to live. The only minor downside is that the sound insulation between floors isn’t perfect sometimes. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would recommend it.

Great experience with the leasing office here! Allan M. and Sam are incredibly helpful. They made my application and the entire move-in process seamless and were always quick to answer my questions. The entire complex and amenities are always kept clean. The building concierge Nelson is amazing and super sweet. He makes living here extra pleasant knowing he is on site taking care of the building. Keep doing what you are doing. Your great work and friendly service does not go unnoticed.

I had an excellent experience with the application and leasing process at BeDTLA. Communication was always exceptional , and every step was clearly explained. Ezri was especially outstanding throughout the process. He was professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything stayed on track. His reliability and attention to detail made me feel well supported every step of the way. I also want to thank Liz, who was extremely helpful whenever I had questions while Ezri was out of the office. She was friendly, informative, and quick to assist, which made the experience even better. The level of customer service provided by both Ezri and Liz was exceptional. I highly recommend BeDTLA to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle free leasing experience. Thank you both for making the process so easy and welcoming!

I love it here. Leo and Diana are awesome. The customer service is outstanding. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They keep the facilities really clean. You can't beat the parking. The security details is on the job 24/7. It's centrally located giving it a metropolitan feel. There are restaurants , shopping, barbershop, hairstylist and a really good coffee spot on site. You technically never have to leave the property. I definitely recommend it! 👌
