I’ve lived at AMP Lofts for the past couple of years and have generally had a positive experience. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, aside from some ongoing issues with theft (packages and items going missing in the mailroom and the parking garage) and heavy flooding in the parking garage on rainy days. AMP Lofts staff members like Maggie, Julie, and maintenance have always been helpful, However, a recent interaction with the new community manager, Steven, was quite disappointing. When I approached him in person to speak about an issue, his response felt dismissive. I came to speak with him directly, but he redirected me to someone else, and while I understand the need to delegate if busy or occupied, the tone and his overall attitude came across as off-putting and rude like he couldn't be bothered. I’ve always had positive experiences with the former community manager, Johnny, so this interaction left a sour impression. There is definitely room for improvement in the new manager's communication and customer service..

I strongly recommend AMP — I spent four wonderful years there. The lease management team, Johnny, Maggie, Julie are incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The building is so beautiful, the area is one of the best of LA, vibrant, creative, the apartments are elegant with nice views and modern systems. The amenities are truly amazing and much more! The energy of the residence is a blessing — full of joy, respect, and calmness. AMP will stay in my heart forever. I write from my heart, from several years experience at Amp.

The process has been a overall good experience. My wife and I had a great experience viewing the property. We liked the location. Julie was are leasing agent and she did a good job communicating and servicing us throughout our process.

Just wanted to highlight the move in process and great people who work at this property. Julie and Maggie are amazing! From the very start, they made the whole application and move easy and pretty much stress-free. They were always happy to answer my questions via phone and email and were just genuinely kind the entire way through. This was one of the main reasons I decided to apply. They went above and beyond. If this is an indication of the living experience I'm definitely looking forward to the next 12 months!
